Wow. Impressed. I ended up at Bauer for inspections because everyone was booked solid. They found some serious issues with my suspension and took me to the car to show me what is wrong not many shows willing to do that!They were able to fix my parts and the final cost was less than originally quoted because they found a better cost on the parts!!

I really hate writing reviews and have told myself that I will only write them for businesses that drop the ball or in this case, exceed my expectations. This shop is not even in my area but was told by someone they had a unexpected opening for an inspection because someone cancelled. So I called and they told me I could take the scheduled inspection.My breath was held as they inspected my car.... as we all know how these shops can be. So they came in and told me my sway bar end link was broke off and proceeded to take me into the shop to show me. It was broken for sure, and was causing the little pop sound I was hearing and extra leaning I was feeling while on off ramps etc.They were able to get one delivered in 15 minutes and had me inspected, fix and back on the road in like an hour and 1:15 minutes. Total price for everything was like $165! Jeez these folks don't mess around. So friendly and informative. Definitely worth the extra 20 minute drive for me just to have a honest shop I can trust.Services: General repairs & maintenance
