When I tell you I had a very pleasant experience here, it was by far one of my best experiences at a parts store ????↕️??!!. My friend’s car cut out on her in a drive through and she called panicking, people were upset, honking and yelling. Just frustration everywhere. So I looked up the nearest auto parts store and I’m glad this is the one that popped up and were open on the 4th of July.
I walked in, was greeted by Duncan. S and he was super happy to help and gave me all sorts of advice. Talia. S was super helpful and very nice as well. I really want to shout out those two rockstar employees, they made my visit so smooth and If I didn’t live so far, that’ll be my new Autozone Home. Thanks again Duncan and Talia, you two are AWESOME!!!

Had the parts I was looking for. Parts are of good quality and fit, and are reasonably priced. Sometimes I need to wait a day or two for the part I need to get shipped to the store, no charge for shipping. I also like the rewards program.

Needed a new battery for my car. I stopped in and Duncan informed me they had what I needed. First, however, he came out to diagnose things which was appreciated, instead of just taking my money right away. He then informed me my current battery was still under warranty and again, instead of taking my money, he suggested saving it and getting the new one for free. I then drove to a local dealership but because I had not purchased the battery from that specific location, they could not replace it for free under the warranty. Due to Duncan’s honesty and service, I decided to drive back to Autozone, instead of buying one from that dealer. Duncan, again, greeted me quickly and professionally. I explained what happened; he then installed a new battery in less than 15 minutes. Be more like Duncan. Thank you, sir.

Had to get new windshield wiper blades. Had a rough start with the first two sets, but when I went back they got me the right ones and installed them at no additional cost. Really appreciate the effort and the fair treatment.

Had an incredible experience today. Needed my battery replaced during the freezing 6 degree weather. Duncan was an amazing help. He was very kind and provided great service in such cold weather with the store very busy already. I was able to make it to work on time. I will be coming back to this location for future work. Huge thank you to Duncan!!

My car needed a new battery. We went in, gave the guys the make and model of my car, they installed the battery, and we were on our way in less than half an hour. These guys are great. It was only 5 degrees today. They could have declined to install it, but didn’t. I can’t thank them enough for doing so. We didn’t know the first thing about installing a battery. We will definitely be back for any future car needs.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Dan was so helpful, walked me through my buying options, and stood out in the single digit temps with me to diagnose an issue on my car. I’ll go out of my way to come back to this particular Auto Zone.

I purchased a battery at a different Autozone and it was still under warranty but was no longer holding a charge. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or something else. When I went into the store I was greeted by a friendly staff. The employee, Dan, helped me out. He tested the battery and gave me a call when he had the results. Unfortunately, the battery was bad. With no hassle Dan got me a replacement battery and I was on my way. Great staff! He was very helpful.
