It's hard to bank somewhere that's hardly ever open. I picked us bank because they are a national brand and we travel alot. But what's the use if we can't ever access the drive thru or lobby because they have horrible hrs. I will be switching sooner than later.

The drive through closes at 1pm now. Closing early does not affect the number of people needing their service, but instead piles everyone up in a smaller time frame. This is the third time in a row i have had to wait half a hour to use the drive through.

Every time I come to get money out of my account they're closed too busy or unavailable I need them to be available to give me my money when I need it not when it's convenient for them

They destroyed my son's bank of China card because I accidentally punched in the wrong pin number. They only received one star because 0 wasn't possible.
