James Terrill is amazing, not just as a mechanic, but as a person! My husband and I became stranded on a camping trip when our truck's transmission began acting up. We were towed 60 miles to Terrill's Auto Shop. We had never met James, but he spent a huge amount of time trying to isolate the problem, which took a few days. We stayed at a nearby hotel and he let us store our camper in his secure lot. At first, he couldn't duplicate the problem we were having, but then he researched it and the symptoms matched a recall from several years ago. He ordered the parts and installed them, but they were faulty! So, at 5 pm on a Friday, he drove to Rolla, got the correct parts, and then worked on our truck after hours until 11 pm! Wow! What fantastic service! And he didn't charge us a dime more than the estimate. We gave him some extra, but really, it was not nearly enough to repay his time and effort. We were really impressed and grateful for his time and attention.

Fast service for an oil change

Do not get a oil change or any other service here. Took my truck to get oil change and they put too much oil in and blew out my seals. Would not take any responsibility then charged me 4 thousand dollars to fix it. Will be taking them to court and lose noy only my business but my family's.

After 4 months and 4 different shops in Lebanon, nobody could fix the AC in our car. I was frustrated and brought it to Terrills to have them fix it. I explained the issue, they accepted the challenge. The first attempt didn't take, but their second worked, luckily just a few days before my wedding where we'd be using the vehicle for a road trip for the honeymoon. I have put 7k miles on it since and it's still going strong! Thank you so much for doing what the Lebanon shops couldn't do!

The FASTEST oil change I have ever had!!! Plus later they did an awesome job on my radiator flush and fill!! I was quite pleased with the costs of both visits!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and I have definitely found my in town mechanic shop for any future car repairs and upkeep!!Second visit about four months later and the EXACT same level of quick, efficient and professional response from All four employees outside greeting customers! I was there for a vehicle inspection this time, as they are ALSO officially licensed State Vehicle Inspection station for the Missouri State Department of Motor Vehicles. I wasn't there more than ten minutes before the owner himself came in and explained their process and the results of their inspection. He was extremely polite, nice and very informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who is in need of getting a vehicle inspection prior to registering for plates and tags! FIVE STAR BUSINESS HERE!

I took my 03 Toyota RAV4 in for an alignment and tire rotation and I couldn't be happier. They even took care of a mysterious clunk noise that I've been dealing with for years, free of charge. About six months prior I had gotten a tie rod replaced and an alignment done at another local shop, and I am very disappointed. My tires have worn, almost down to the wire, on the inside. Terrill got it straightened out and my rav4 feels like I'm driving on rails now. 10/10 I won't go anywhere else.Service: Steering & suspension repair
