“I had requested to terminate my gas service with Ferrellgas and wanted the tank picked due to several issues I had with Ferrellgas.When the service tech Mike Abbott showed up to pick up the tank he asked me why I wanted to stop getting gas from Ferrellgas. I shared my concerns and Mike said let me see what I can do to keep you as customer. He went to his truck a made a call and came back after a few minutes and said that my issues where resolved. I said I can't believe it! Normally you here things like sorry to bad company policy. Mike is truly an ambassador for Ferrellgas thanks to him we ended up with win win.I manged groups of people for over 30 years and empoyees like Mike are what makes a company successful”

“Called for propane. Was delivered the next day. No problem. Just wish propane wasn't so high! But it's high everywhere right now. That's the breaks. Think I'll try to order alot earlier next year!”
