We have a cabin in the area, and the access road was a bit washed out. After bottoming out and radiator over heating, we managed to get unstuck and back to town right before this place was set to open. The internet touted it as the only place in town with a rental fleet, emergency transport, so my husband parked off to the side in our minivan. We were hoping they could put it up on the rack and check it out and either have a 4x4 to rent or a way to get around town if damage was done. Before I could even put my boots and coat on without rousing the three sleeping children, the lady pulled right past us, parked and rushed inside. I thought, okay, maybe I should wait a moment so she could boot things up and unlock. Then law enforcement shows up. We explain the predicament, he understands and talks to her. She says no, no 4x4s all you see is stuff they are fixing. Nice man. Very professional. My husband then goes to ask about Any car and checking out the Van... Mind you it's just past opening time by now. Door locked and she is nowhere to be seen. Obviously we went somewhere more user friendly. Anyone who is that frightened of a minivan with a waving smiling individual and an older gentleman that is taking a cat nap at OPENING TIME, probably should not be opening up a vehicle repair shop.
