Customer service is non-existent. We live in Houston, Missouri and we're supposed to have an automatic propane delivery at the first of October. It didn't happen. My wife has called several times and has been told that we are a priority and that they will be out "soon". It is now the 14th of October, 2 weeks and several calls to them later and we still have no propane. Good thing it is not winter. I think I want to go with someone more reliable. Anybody else having problems with Chilton?
