I keep getting other people’s mail. One day, it was a stack with a rubber band that contained 3 different addresses. None were my own address. One other day, my package was completely ripped open. The hours are so bad, it’s only open weekdays from like 10-2. No Saturday anymore

Great staff, convenient location, never an issue.Most of the negative reviews posted here are complaints from adults who don't know how to take responsibility for their own mail and life planning.
