Traveling through with the family 7 of us. Engine blew on the highway in the middle of the night. The next day they picked us up and we bought a car to get us home. They were the nicest people on the planet. Took care of us fast two hours and we had a car. Then they are taking care of a problem with the car, from across the country. Amazing people and service.

I recently had to purchase a new vehicle, as my car was ready to blow, and the employees at Seeger Toyota went above and beyond to help me during this difficult process. Jessie, Jordan and Kevin were all very kind and helpful, and exhausted every feasible option available to get me into a new car as soon as possible. They knew that my vehicle was dangerous to continue driving, and did everything they could to work with me to get me into a new vehicle. I am beyond grateful to this team, and would highly recommend them to any one looking to purchase a new or used car. So far, I am loving my new car, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Jessie, Jordan, Kevin and the rest of the Seeger Team.

Seeger was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Caleb was my sales rep and did a great job at making everything easy. My 4Runner had a tire that was letting a lot of air out every night so I came back to get it fixed. Stu, the service manager, got me in and out quickly, and fixed the problem entirely. Definitely recommend Seeger if you’re at FLW or anywhere in the area.

There is a great crew of folks working at Seeger Toyota in Saint Robert, Missouri. We've been customers there for 8-10 years and have always been treated right. We have purchased 4 Toyota's from them and will continue to make Seeger Toyota "our place" for our automotive needs, whether it's a new vehicle or maintenance - they are the BEST!!!

Jackie was the sweetest and most genuine salesperson we have ever met. Instead of heading west to Reliable Toyota, head east to Seeger. You won't regret it.

Bought a vehicles from Seeger Toyota today and could not possibly be happier. Melissa and Kevin were awesome and truly went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. We didn’t even have to negotiate because the first numbers they had for my trade in and the purchase vehicle were both better than I was expecting. They helped me in every way, even to the point of helping me around the lot due to my current physical state. They stayed late to make sure I could sign paper work after coming back after a doctor appointment. I will recommend every person I know of looking for a vehicle to them!!!!!

We were on the hunt for a second vehicle for our family. I was nervous, being new to the area, and having seen the pushy sales tactics that can be brought on to a customer first hand from previous jobs, I was fully prepared to stop any pitch, explain I had been taught that sales training as well, and let the back n forth begin. I was pleasantly surprised when a friend suggested I check out Seeger. I called the day before, spoke with Melissa, told her what type of vehicle I was looking for, what my price range was, and what my overall goal for this situation would be. My wife and I came in the next morning, Melissa showed us some vehicles, allowed us to take control, never once giving any kind of pitch or pushy vibes, simply tried to help us find a vehicle that fit our needs. We left that afternoon, happily driving home with our new jeep. There was no hassle, and The whole experience was wonderful and easy. Thank you again Melissa and the whole Seeger team for making entire experience seamless . We will definitely refer you all to anybody looking for a vehicle.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!I went In to Seeger on June 13 I spoke to their sales person Chuck and let me tell ya, I wish I had spoken to someone else. Worst experience I’ve ever had.I traded my 2015 Chevy equinox in for a 2015 ford explore. There was NOTHING wrong with my equinox. He told me that they couldn’t “legally sell my car, due to it having a salvage title.” The next week it was sitting on their lot for sale for 9K. I just wanted a bigger vehicle due to having three kids. When we test drove the two vehicles, we told them that the Traverse was shaking REALLY BAD. The explorer shifted hard, and had a shake to it. I really loved the explorer. My husband had asked Jackie and Chuck when they serviced it if they would check out the transmission and make sure it was serviced. We were told yes. Brought it back the following Thursday for service. When I got it back, it still did the same problem. Mind you, I was very honest with them and told them we were leaving for vacation in a couple of weeks, and this is what we would be driving. Everyone assured me that my vehicle would be perfectly fine to drive to Florida. After I picked it up on Thursday, I took it back to them yet again, for the same issues, and they had THREE of their service techs test drive my car. All three of them said there was something wrong. I asked them if they looked over my transmission, and serviced it and they told me no because Chuck didn’t sign off on it. So i went to Chuck and asked why it wasn’t done, he told me it was a balancing issue with the tire, then told me that I was the only one that felt this issue. He told me “If you think we are going to fix this you are wrong. We are not going to fix something that you are making up in your head, and I’m not going to continue to argue with you about this.” I’ve never been spoken to by a professional like this, so I was totally taken off guard. I went home with my car because they were going to take it to Ford in Rolla The following week.I went home and did research on the issue. Everything I read said that there could be three things. The transmission needs serviced, torque converter needed replaced, or a trans axle needed replaced. I told them this, and they brushed me off because I’m a woman. The next week they took my car to Rolla where they didn’t drive it. So they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. My husband picked up my car, and Jackie told him that there was nothing wrong with my car. This was the point where my husband politely interrupted her and told her that the whole point of them taking it to Rolla was because THREE of their technicians said there was something wrong. We were leaving for Florida in two days. At this point it had been in the shop 4 times for the same thing. They finally did a transmission flush, but that didn’t fix the issue. We were told that we would have to take our car to Florida due to their insurance not letting us take their cars out of state. The issue happened the whole way there and back. Making this the most stressful vacation I’ve ever been on due to me thinking my car was going yo break down and not having a way back home. When we returned they scheduled it to go to Ford in St Robert. They drive my car two days, and couldn’t get the shake to happen. This weekend it started happening again. My uncle who is a retired technician from Ford, drove my car and told me it needs a a torque converter. Today I called the service department, and as soon as I said my name, they hung up.At this point I don’t know what else to do since they refuse to fix my car that has had this issue from DAY ONE! I was promised that it was going to be fixed and it’s not. I will be contacting a lemon law attorney out of Kansas City tomorrow. I will also tell everyone and anyone NOT to go to them since they refuse to listen to their customers, and not follow through on their promise. I even have a warranty and they still refuse to fix the problem.

If you are going to use their service department there are a couple things you need to do. 1. Get a texted or other neans quote of the work you need done. My was $200 over what was verbally quoted. Part of that overage was work not part of the service being completed (which was not checked before asking me to pay). 2. Call and check on your vehicle at the scheduled time for work to begin. I didn't call untill 30 minutes before it was supposed to be complete (3.5 hours after work was supposed to have started). My call was the only thing that finally got the work to start. 3. Only communicate with the person at the service desk handling your vehicle. There are two there and special instructions like don't change the wipers, just put them in the vehicle told to one did not translate to task complete. Result was one blade replaced and none of the othe two left in the vehicle. If you are complaining to the person not handling your vehicle (only person at desk), they want no part of it and point you to the person handling your paperwork.Based on all this, I would say the extra 30 minute drive for service or to buy a new vehicle would be more than worth it (as long as this is not a toyota issue).

I scheduled an appointment with them online through their website. They sent me confirmation email. I drove half an hour to go from my city to their location. When I got there, they told me our online system is not working!! I showed them the confirmation email. They told me we can not shot down the appointment system and it sends confirmation email on its own!!! I said if you knew that and were aware of my appointment time, why you didn’t call or sms me that this time is not valid? You had my number as I entered all my contact information on your system. They just told me we are sorry!!! I am truly indignant by their lack of professionalism. I will never go to a place like this. I am wondering why Toyota, which is renowned for its high quality products, doesn’t oversee its service centers.

Recently got a vehicle checked up in here to see if there were any problems. Turns out that my car was in sound condition which made me take some burden off my shoulders. The service department was really welcoming and answered any questions that I had. This was the first time that I had a car; the first time that I took it to a service center. Big kudos to them! I will definitely come back to this location for future vehicle maintenances because I know that they will show the same courteous demeanor the next time that I visit. Also it was nice that they had a waiting lounge with free water and snacks for customers to wait while their car is being serviced!
