Off the beaten path gas station. Very ordinary but let me say this, the customer in front of me seemed distracted or confused about something. It took everything she had to dig thru her purse and pay. Philips clerk was patient, polite, respectful. One of the best customer service moments I have ever seen.

Stopped for gas on way home. Didn't know that prepay means you had to go in . Back home prepay with a credit card means pay at pump. Went I. And worker was complaining how it drives him nuts that people can't read the sign pre pay. Explained that prepay for me is paying at pump with credit card.

I purchased air from the machine outside. The valve was broken. When I told the store clerk about it he said there was nothing he could do. I checked with the company and there was no way to get a refund. I called the store back and told them. Their response was, "I dont give a sh*t." I would like that money refunded back. I have filed a complaint with Missouri and the BBB.
