Chris was phenomenal! My dad and I were driving his car cross country, and his front headlight cover came loose. Chris stayed past his shift, supplied us with light to see in the dark, and helped us tremendously. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Chris!

Amazing customer service the best I have had at an auto parts store in every state I have stopped at. Pat and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got what was needed and not upsell to meet a quota. They offered and pointed out benefits for future parts and even found a part I never knew I could get it's part number is 121G. I would give more stars if I could.

I went in for help with a new license plate mount and Dennis was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Their service went above and beyond what I had expected, and I am very glad I chose this store.

I'm an amateur to cars and didn't want to spend money for someone to change my lights. Showed up and informed a staff member, Chris, that I have no clue what I was doing.He patiently guided me, applied me for military discount, and even taught/showed me how to change both lights.I'm grateful, awesome guy to go to.Thanks Chris!

One of the cleanest stores I've been in. Quick and knowledgeable service from the associates. Mark asked me when I first came in if I needed any help, I said no and he let me shop in peace. Awesome experience with this store.

We found ourselves in a bad situation 8 hours from home yesterday after getting some bad fuel at a Mobil station in Rolla, check engine light came on 20 minutes later so we came to this O’Reillys & were given the best customer service we could of hoped for. Chris even called around to local mechanics in an attempt to help us out. We were super grateful to have found some good, wholesome & quality people so far from home. Appreciate the kindness. We made it safely to our destination. Thank you again. 10/10 recommend S/O to Chris & Mike

Jesse was a big help and was very kind. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles cooling system, freon, compressor, etc but it was ok bc Jesse did. Thanks for the help Jesse!

The folks that work here are always friendly and happy to help you find things. They also gave me a great recommendation on a local shop to work on my car when I was new to the area. A lot of times they also help you find discounts on what you are buying. Military friendly as well.

I like O'Reilly's. I've had good luck with them in every state I've lived in. My battery was going out, and they tested it and verified it was bad. So they help me find the right battery, and they actually put it in for me and no charge.
