I don't have the ability to rate Navy Federal as a business so this location is getting the hit for the new Navy Federal update. You took what was easy and simple to use system and made it needless complicated. I hate all your online changes you've made in your recent update. Seeing as this location is my closest and it's a few towns over I exclusively used your online banking options and had no issues until the most recent update. I can barely get anything done anymore.

Lazy. 5 people in line for 15 minutes with one teller while other workers sit and talk. Need to relook their plan.

This is the worst financial institution in the area. The employees rely on other branches and "support teams" instead of doing things themselves. The employees quickly get an attitude if questioned. It's not unusual to get different answers to the same question. If you pass away they make it extremely difficult for your beneficiaries to get your money. This is a truly awful institution. If they were the only financial institution in the area I'd bury my money in the back yard.

Why do we stand in line with one teller every time I’m in here. It’s never quick! I just want to make a cash deposit and I’ve been standing in line with no movement for 10 minutes and two more in front of me. It’s like this every time. Get more tellers!

So I just opened an account with this bank a couple months ago. I went in later to get information about opening accounts for my children and was given information and forms to fill out.My issue is that I can't call this branch directly to talk with the person I spoke with in regards to opening those accounts for my children to ask questions.I just think it isn't very personable

The only complaints about this location is the lack of a drive thru unlike other locations around the country. This location is usually busier than most but the staff is always friendly. Just wish there was a closer one towards Springfield,MO
