David helped me. Super fast. 5$ to print some pages from Email. Convenient because FLW was shut down form light snow.

Very unprofessional. They do not provide any sort of receipt for shipping prepaid packages. Then when you comment on their policy they are rude about it. You're better off using Dollar General for FedEx drop offs. At least Dollar General will provide electronic tracking receipts.

David was very patient with us today as our notary. They also have really amazing candles in the front & wax warmers. Staff was super helpful.

Note "authorized outlet" not access point or ups store. They charge a $5 fee to receive your package. Use the place on Marshall instead. They're free.

After some experiences, this is the only place I come to for printing, shipping, and notary needs. There's two employees but they get things moving pretty fast. They also have other items for sale but more importantly, advertisments from local businesses.

Staff were nice, but that's the only thing this place had going for it. I spent 2 hours there trying to pay a measly 10 dollars so that I could get mail. The ONLY solution that was given was to pay the 10 online. When we tried, it would only take the original card, which we didnt have. I offered to give them cash and pay with my card at the store as well. They literally would not accept anything but the original card on their website. After spending 2 hours there trying to come up with any solution, I had to leave empty-handed. Absolutely ridiculous that there isn't more than one option to pay and that no solution was provided by management for the inconvenience or absurdity of the whole thing. How in the world does it make sense for a business not to have access to the accounts of their consumers in order to receive payment?

I've used them several times for packaging and shipping valuable items and for color printing. They're very professional and totally worth the price, I'll continue to use them.
