They were super friendly. They did an awesome job while also being quick and efficient about it. The mood there was very relaxed and happy. Really enjoyed the experience.
Cleanliness: Even though the area they are open in is not the best looking, which they can't help, the inside made it immediately feel like you were in an amazing area.

We made a reservation for four at 2pm. Walked in on time and we were told it’d be just a few minutes. We had a reservation, but ok. We waited outside for lack of room inside. THIRTY MINUTES later after no one came to get us another in our party of four goes in. She was told it’d be thirty minutes before reminding them they’d said a “few” minutes HALF an hour ago. Another 25 minutes later they came and got two of us. Just two, but said the other two could sit right next to us in a minute (no idea what time frame they meant by that this time, turns out it was about 10 minutes). The woman that did mine was completely done in less than 15 minutes, it was the saddest pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The man that did one friend was very good, took his time, and her nails held up while mine chipped almost immediately. The same lady that did mine did my mom and sister’s toes and put the entire wrong color on my mom. She asked for sparkly purple and the woman put on the same color she used on my sister and I - red. Did I mention they just asked what color I wanted and brought one in that color family over? No color samples, nothing, just brought something that fit into “red.”
Pathetic customer service, a ridiculously long wait, will not be returning.
If you don’t do reservations, just say so. Don’t make people sit outside for an hour, especially visibly pregnant people.

Look at MY NAILS??
This is all Cole’s work. He’s great and our convo was even better lol. If you are usually not a big talker, just be aware that it will be a bit awkward at first so take headphones to keep your mind from running crazy. And DONT be afraid to make sure you get WHAT YOU WANT. !!

So I just moved from Chicago and came here with my daughter to get our nails done for a wedding. I got mine done by a guy and you can obviously see nothing was filed by my cuticles at causing an overlay of gunk on my fingers causing them to crack 2 days after getting them done.. Paid 100 for a crappy nail job that is also bubbles all over my nails. Horrible job. And he asked me to give a review and this was the worst nail job I have ever gotten. Waste of money to have to go get them off 2 days after.

I liked my nails after having them done twice now.
There’s a conflict with pricing⁉️Not everyone quotes the same prices for the same service ⁉️I’m looking In about this issue tomorrow morning as soon as they open! I like their services and the prices aren’t bad at all, compared to Rolla, and Springfield!??

I have been going to LV to get my dip powder done for about 2 years now. Kol does a great job and my nails always last 2-3 weeks. Even after I moved out of town I came back to see him when I was visiting! I really wished he lived in my new town...had such a hard time finding someone new that does them as good. Kol is your guy if you want dip powder!

Did not receive the greeting of the day first off, all I got was "what do you want", secondly the man doing my nails was very rough with the file and was squeezing my fingers, and when I asked for him to let up a tad all he said was "I'll make sure you get someone different next time." I also asked for rounded edges and he could not deliver, now I'm left filing my nails myself. Overall, it was a 3/10 experience . Do not recommend.

I recommend LV Nails I've been to many Nail Spas this was a 10 For me very excellent.

I absolutely love LV Nails. They have the most polite employees that I have ever met in my life. And they are so considerate of the customers. I LOVE this place, and they do a fantastic job at everything I have ever had them do or seen them do!!!
