I wanted to look at a vehicle here so i set up an appointment with one of the dealer/seller but they sold it anyways instead of reserving it. I get that they have a quota but what’s the point of setting an appointment? Why set a date and time? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a new 2022 Dodge 1500 Laramie in Sept of 2022. My husband received military orders for an overseas duty station and attempted to sell the vehicle. Unfortunately, the Carfax for the vehicle is showing a brandished title due to the dealership incorrectly inputting the receiving and sale mileage. After bringing this issue to the dealership, the sales manager and general manager stated it was an "easy fix" and it would take 30 days or more to correct. We are about to leave the area and are now in a bind. Since the original buyer refused to purchase due to their discrepancy, I asked the dealer to purchase it. Both the sales manager and general manager refused to purchase it back. It is completely ridiculous the dealer will not purchase a vehicle back after they made it impossible for me to sell in my time frame as well as my issue being entirely their fault. My vehicle is in perfect condition yet they don't want to purchase it?? Good luck to whoever deals with them in the future, although a quick drive to Springfield for a vehicle purchase would prevent a lot of headaches in your future.UPDATE:We received a response from the Attorney General's office regarding this. The general manager, Randy Nelson, put the blame back on us and the DMV for not noticing their mistake. I have to say, not taking responsibility for their actions not only cost us thousands of dollars but also shows the complete lack of character their dealership condones. In the future, I will read the entire title upon receipt due to their lack of attention to detail, but their dealership REFUSED to purchase the vehicle back at fair market value. Hmmmm....I wonder why? We are 27 years active duty and dealing with a business who doesn't care about customers other than the aspect of taking their money. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them ever again and am referring all military members to Springfield or Marshfield for a good deal. The Ford dealership we purchased from in Marshfield is outstanding and we should have got our truck from them. Hindsight is always 20/20 but unfortunately in St Robert, Missouri this is the type of business you get.

I bought a vehicle from the used lot yesterday, which my expectations of being approved were super low, but Mandy and Eric worked hard to get me the best deal possible and moved quickly to do so. When it came time to pick up my vehicle and sign paper work I didn’t have a way into the dealership so they came to me and brought me to the dealership! 10/10 would recommend and will be buying from Eric again! So far I absolutely love my car and the deal I got on it. Thank you guys for taking care of me and looking forward to more business in the future

As soon as I entered I was greeted and assisted in getting a replacement key. It was not available to be done there but I was provided info who does. No pushy sales talk, just helped with what I was looking for and didn't say 'oh well' but hopped up, went across the entire lot to help.

Will not take anything here again to be worked on. Had the jeep in on Tuesday to have an airflow module replace(warranty work). Day later, Jeep was dead. They said it was battery. Had no issue with the battery until then??? Imagine that!!

I spent a premium for tires from this dealership. Was required to buy road hazard package to receive the current "deal". So when I discovered a screw in my tire I stopped on my way home from work to get it repaired. I was then informed that an appointment was necessary for the repair to be made. Next available appointment is 1:30 the following day. Why would a person take time off from work to get a 12 dollar repair? I do not understand how this service department is still in business. Very disappointing. I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future.

Service desk staff was professional, although I would never take a vehicle here to be worked on again. As $316 to change for tire pressure sensors that I provided the parts, is absolutely ridiculously overcharging. When questioned about it, they said they should’ve charged me four hours labor at $120 an hour minimum. I will do business elsewhere that is more honest and priced appropriately. I would’ve been fine even paying $200, 50 bucks a tire.

Service was great. They were only a week out for scheduling oil changes - most places back in our last state of residence were 2+ weeks out. During vehicle inspection they found a nail in the tire and repaired the hole for $20. I was asked a few times if I needed any refreshments while I was waiting. They did a great job and had me on my way.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Same reason I got Lebanon. Bill service manager is Amazon compared to the one in st Robert. Was cursed out last time I was there yet he’s still working there. Lebanon is the way to go. It’s alittle farther. But they get the job done and customer service is amazing. And I will clarify this is for service department.

don’t go here for services at all. i had a check engine code come on, first they sent me away and claimed it was a stored code & cleared it. the code came back on 10 minutes later so I called again to make another appointment to have it looked at. the code was for an o2 sensor or a catalytic converter, i told them the o2 sensor was already replaced but they took it in for service on that specific engine code and replaced the o2 sensor again along with multiple things that had nothing to do with the code and drove up the price, but that was whatever. they sent me away with the code cleared & no gas, however not only did the check engine light come back on for the same code that i went in there for, whenever i fueled up, my car REEKED of fuel. i went right back to speak to someone higher up about both the code and gas smell, was told that they knew it was the catalytic converter & when asked why they didn’t just replace that instead of doing all that work i didn’t ask for, i was told “that’s not how it works little girl”. in regards to the fuel smell, i was told that i “wanted it to be their fault so badly”. the guy went out to smell my car and thought i had a gas canister open & sitting in my trunk with how bad it was. i paid another $100-something for them to fix their mess up (which they told me was fuel spilling in my brakes and backseat) while they blamed it on wherever I got fuel pump work done, which I never had a gas smell for the months prior i had my fuel pumps replaced somewhere else until after I got it worked on here. $800-$900 later I still have the same code I originally went there with and probably more damage.

We took our vehicle in to have a part replaced only for that part to stop working just a few days after replacing it. After speaking with the service department, we were told they will replace it again but we have to pay for labor which is the majority of the cost. This is a part that previously lasted 14 years on our vehicle only for their “new” part to break down in a few days. Who is to say whether they will just replace it with another bad part and it will just stop working again soon? Either way we are out of money. There is no guarantee of their work or labor.

DON’T GO HERE! My vehicle was in service with Ed Morse for 4 weeks, I was told on multiple occasions I would be able to pick up my car and couldn’t. (twice) At the end of 4 weeks, my car is still having the exact issues it did, and now even more. Terrible customer service, and very lazy service! Great place if you want to waste your time and money. Also, forgot to mention that my car also has new issues that weren’t even related to the original service ticket. I now have a check engine light and a battery that needs replaced. Again, I didn’t have a check engine light before Ed Morse and I definitely didn’t need a battery. Brand new car lol.

I am highly upset. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for 4 years. Yesterday my wife took my jeep in for an oil change, when she got it back the check engine light was on and they told her it was on when they got it and they would do a diagnostic on it for a 100 and something dollars, I take very good care of my vehicle and the check engine light has never been on. I will not be returning for any future service needs
