I just want to give a shout out to the H&R Block team in Saint Robert for helping me with the issues I was having with filing!?
The receptionist helped me to calm down when I originally called and was freaking out and overwhelmed after speaking with the IRS and My tax associate Nina was amazing! I got my taxes done quick and accurate and they even gave me a digital and physical copy of my taxes and a discount for it being my first time filing with them. I highly recommend them!

Last year I came here because I was having issues with my HR account online and couldn’t get it fixed so I just decided to go in and get it done. I was patient the first year cause I signed up for Sally and got a different tax pro which I allowed cause I was stressed and needed them done. So the process was amazing Anna was patient and helped me a lot we even had some laughs. So I was excited to come back and I requested her again. But this was a difficult process. The first part is my fault. I thought I had all my paperwork but I was missing a W-2. I should have known then she didn’t want to help me anymore, but I came back that day with the paperwork and dropped it off. I reached out for two weeks up until I reported it to Facebook and they helped me. Take note I emailed and tried calling her many times and she refused to respond and to my knowledge I’m not the only customer who had issues with this specific tax pro. It did lift up when Ashley took over my file and had it done by today.I will say I am grateful for this to be done and over with, but it was a pricey process and I’m still kinda confused on my taxes but I’m just going to be on alert next year which may including going to a different office or provider. Thank you to Ashley and Erin though for helping me.

This place is sketchy. Whenever she asked where we had our previous taxes done at, we told her it was at this location for the past 2 years. And she said hmm well i dont see you in our system.Not to mention it cost almost double of what we paid last year to get it done. Since when does it cost over 400 dollars?!

My experience this year has been confusing and I havent even had my taxes done! New phone system, new people, and " you booked your appt on line" No I didnt, I dont do anything on line. "Your tax person is... They dont tell you that on line" I told her I knew I already talk to someone about this 4 days ago. Already communication is messed up and they havent even started my taxes....

They called me back saying that they had my return done.New year same thing as last year dropped off my taxes and nothing from them like 4 weeks, so I call they lie and said they called me I had no missed calls. Said they emailed me and no email could be found or deleted from my phone. I can't believe this!! This year fees better be free.

We received a letter from the IRS saying we didn't pay our taxes one year, so we took it into them and in only 20 minutes they got everything fixed for us now we no longer have to worry about it. 100% would recommend this office.
