Employees are always friendly and helpful. The store remodel looks good.

Have you ever seen a Goodwill shelter or clothing giveaway for the items that are all freely donated?Do not shop or donate your items here. They take anything "good" and ship it to their online storeThis is a greedy place that does NOTHING for the community people. You'd be better off giving to a shelter or just putting it outside for free.

Awesome Goodwill store that has seasonal items.. like Halloween. I can always find a good costume there for under $10. This year I found stuff to be a pirate. Great for kid costumes too!

They have some great finds here. The store was easy to navigate. The staff was also very friendly.

The WORST “thrift store”. They will sell used items from the dollar tree for 3x more than it would be new ? absolutely overpriced for low quality products.

I had shopped at this location for over 5 years up until about a year ago and the reason being because of the over priced donated items they’re placing on those shelves. Other reviews that have mentioned the cost have been responded with the explanation that the cost have gone up because they have to get things operating and they fund this and that, however I promise, this is the only location I have been too around this area that has the audacity to try to sell a DOLLAR TREE Item that retails brand new for $1.25 for 7.37… remind you, the item still has the dollar tree sticker and bard code on it. I’ve traveled to Rolla, to Lebanon and while the clothing items have went up a little bit all the miscellaneous items are at very reasonable prices, so that can’t be the reason cause they have the same fees and bills this location does lol. As mentioned in another review this location will have a set of something donated, they’ll separate the set and sell each individual item. Don’t get me started if anything name brand comes through those doors, there was literally a half used bath and body works candle that was marked at $13. A thing of half used bath and body works spray $11. I could absolutely go on, you will also hear everyone complaining while In the store shopping about the prices as well. If you’re looking for a good thrift store there are other ones around her or I would recommend traveling to Rolla good will they always have good stuff and at a good price. The workers usually are very nice though, but some of the leads or I’m assuming managers on duty are kind of rude to the floor employees.

We stopped in since we were in the area. I haven't been to a thrift shop in AGES. While browsing, I did notice some items were grossly overpriced. For instance, a plain white undershirt was $5.17. But I did find some lovely women's blouses (that look brand new/never worn) for $4-something each. So you just have to look. I also liked the discounted color tags. I found a shirt that I only paid like $2 for! The kids and I also found a number of children's books. We love the Berenstain Bears and I found a number of them here for around $1 each AND some were even discounted even more due to the color sticker. The cashier was friendly. When I told him we were visiting from Houston he lit up and said he was born in Houston. Small world. We'd come back and hunt for deals here again.

I like stopping by all Goodwill Stores…. Been to a lot and they are all different with the good or bad inventory on hand. One of the best Goodwill Stores is in Sikeston, MO. Paragould, AR. Also has a good store. I’ve found several really nice finds on my trips.

These people are ridiculous and they are selling many items for what you could by them new for. Also they are selling items that are sets as individual items instead of a set together. So sad they would forget they are Goodwill and their prices are used and second or third hand, would not recommend shopping here if you don’t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of!!!

Great place to shop, not so great a company to work for. Practically zero sick time available for newer part-time employees. I was forced to quit after working with fever of 102° because I was told I couldn't switch weekly work days or make up hours to compensate for my need to stay home sick. Applied for food stamps two months ago and HR refuses to communicate and respond to my requests for proof of my unemployment with them. Also, blatant racism on the part of employees was reported to my managers by me, and nothing was done to change atmosphere or work environment. The racist employee still works there, though I do not, simply because I was unfortunate enough to get very ill (a result of other co-workers sreading illness because they too were forced to come to work sick). Staffing issues will continue until work environment is fixed. Not a good business for the community though they claim to be.

Amazing staff and the store is always clean but...They are seriously becoming over priced. I'd say about 70% of the time I go anymore it has been 1/2 the original price for brand new or over the original price for something new. I shopped there because I can't afford new and now I can't afford goodwill 90% of the time. I've also seen workers taking the tag color that's on sale for 75% off off the shelves and put them in the back so people can't buy them on sale. This used to be the most amazing store to buy stuff and now it's getting just as bad as others which breaks my heart. I know people who have it way worse than me and they can not afford to go to goodwill anymore here.

Over priced storewide!!!....Working to hard on getting BONUSES!I don't know how Goodwill could possibly still be considered a NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION?MERS/Goodwill has Dollar Tree $1.25 items selling for over $3.00. Items sale for less at WALMART. I'm personally very disappointed with the GREED of MERS/GOODWILL!!!..??

First and foremost, the staff is great, the store is clean... but...I used to love this place, but the prices have gotten absurd. I'm not sure if they are set by the staff or the corporation, but in housewares, it's like the price gun got stuck on $7.37... for everything. Dollar store candles are $2.54. Lamp and pillow prices are reasonable. It is understandable that prices are raised due to operating costs and that the money goes to a good cause, but raising the prices so high that people won't buy anything is counterproductive. Every time I go in, other customers are complaining and commenting as they stroll through the aisle, saying how they like something, but not for THAT price, and rightfully so.It's a good cause on the back end, yes, but what about the lower income households in the community who relied on Goodwill to afford clothes, linens, or other necessities? Has anyone considered how raising jeans to be near the same price as Walmart is affecting them?I shop there mostly for home decor and unique items for my art projects. I would gladly buy $100 worth of reasonably priced items before I drop $100 for 10 items I could purchase new for less or for a few dollars more. Seems not a lot of research goes into the pricing, either, because things that SHOULD be marked up are cheap.Don't get me wrong, you can find great deals -- but they're few and far between. New Look Consignment or Good Samaritan are your better bets for more bang for your buck until the prices become more reasonable.

Prices are crazy, all of their merchandise is donated. Clothing is ripped, shoes dirty. How can this be allowed, to practice business like that. Most people shopping there are looking for something inexpensive. Just pitiful.
