Went to go get my wife a new phone. Picked out a phone, case, screen protector. The phone case continue to ring up not in stock so the young man that was helping us got a hold of the store manager who told him to enter a number that brought up the phone case. It rang up as $200 and they discounted it $175 so that it would be a $25 phone case however we were charged $16.42 tax on a $25 case. When we asked to be charged the correct sales tax the store manager stated no refunds and continued to repeat no refunds even though they had no signs posted stating no refunds. She stated she would refund the money for our phone but not the case. We weren't asking for a refund on the case we were asking to be charged the correct sales tax for the correct amount. All buyers please pay very close attention to your receipts when going to this store. My wife and I will not be returning to this location again.

Gracie went over beyond to help me! She’s very knowledgeable and personal. Very kind and patient with me. I had a lot of questions. She made my switching from Verizon easy and pleasant.
