Went through their touchless wash. Some kind of error didn't work right. Called the number on the door and they had my card payment promptly refunded within an hour. Things happen but they made it right and refunded me. Respect for that. Will give them another shot if I drive through again

Both touchless and brush wash tunnels can accommodate a dually. I prefer the touchless because of the fear of bristles taking out my old school radio antenna, side mirrors and beating up my dually fenders. Giving a four star review because I just drove through touchless wash and a hazy film remains.
