This place is absolutely the most disfunctional place ive ever dealt with.
Staff is rude and lazy. Undependable service is an understatement. Carriers to lazy to do the job they get paid for and thats deliver pkgs. Wont deliver if it wont fit in box if over 1/2 mile off main road. They take it to office and you have to drive in to get it even though you PAID for delivery. This should be theft and fraud as they take your money and promise a delivery service which is not carried out. A COMPLETE POS

Today we had a storm shower. Upon my arrival home, I found a package and a large envelope of medical paper and equipment on my front porch table soaked. I have been waiting for these documents as they re for my work so I can be off for. Medical procedure this next coming week. This is completely unexceptable. You are about to raise the cost of a stamp again nd this is the level of service we receive. I have a covered carport they WALKED RIGHT BY to get to my porch that is NOT COVERED. A 3rd grader could do better. If we had another postal service, I would be discontinuing service with the USPS.

She was so busy! There were 5 others in front of me in line. The system wasn't working right. Just a stressful situation for anyone but this usps worker kept a smile on her face and remained professional. She deserves a raise

From my mail carrier, to the ladies I have seen inside the post office, they have all been great! On top of the regular items, I have had a few shipments of baby chicks and they have called me right away to let me know they were there. They even did what they could to track down a shipment that had been delayed.

It doesn’t get much worse than this. Mail getting returned MONTHS after we purchased our home because the carrier didn’t think anyone lived there. Then when I bring it up and address Tracy at the office she gets short and snippy with us trying to blame us for the shortfalls. We still are getting utilities, mortgage statements & legal documents returned 3.5 months after we bought the home. We’ve heard every excuse in the book like the mail carrier was sick, or they are short staffed, or we didn’t fill out a note specific to the carrier (that is not even required) to we need to read our informed delivery to make sure we get our mail. It’s not up to the carrier to decide if she wants to deliver it or not.This has to be the worst run & most inefficient post office we’ve ever used. What an embarrassment.Tracy actually hung up on me today when I asked for clarification for a nonsensical explanation of informed delivery. She said “I have other customers that need me” and hung up. I should have said “are they not getting their mail either?!”

Really????? I can walk all over my front yard and never track mud all over my walkway or porch. The mailman/mailwoman continuously tracks mud on my walkway and porch to the point that it peels the paint off of both!!! They also walk thru an area where I had a sewer line replaced which is nothing but mud!!! They need to break themselves of this habit because come this Spring I will be planting grass in this area and if I catch them walking thru there via a home camera this Navy Battleship Veteran is going to become unhinged/ unglued!!!! Get a fricking clue and do not walk thru that area of my yard!!!!! And quit tracking mud all over my walkway and porch. I’ll be contacting the post master general about this issue!!! It is rude and very disrespectful!!!! Use your head for common sense and not just a hat rack!!! This will be the third time that I’ll have to redo my walkway and porch!!!!! I just might figure out a different way to get mail to keep them out of my yard completely!!!! This is unacceptable and I really don’t want them in my yard period!!!!

My elderly mother still sends her correspondence and pays her bills by "snail mail." However, unless she has mail delivery that day, the postman never picks up her outgoing mail even though her flag is up. She has contacted the post office before, and was basically told that is a courtesy service, not a required service.I don't want her driving, but they are forcing her to due to their lack of service.

The STJ post office is the friendliest post office I've ever been to. I've rarely waited in line and I mail packages about once a month. They are courteous, fast, and always get the job done!
