Nice people. That doesn't negate their responsibility and duty to follow Missouri laws governing storage units. For reasons of brevity, privacy, and legality I won't go into it further. I can cite the MO statutes that they violate. The best thing you can do is arm yourself with knowledge and hold businesses to it. Nice units (perfect sized one just what we needed not to big or small) and gated which i like! Only issue i have is the how tight spaced it is to get your vehicle around the unit as i was extremely cautious trying not to hit the brick wall on my passenger side and the yellow safety pillar/pole to the units on my driver side it was tricky...however my boyfriend ended up hitting the yellow pillar to the point it scraped a yellow stripe down my white car ??. They could have done 1 set less of units right there or put the wall out a little further someone with a trailer definitely wont make it around that turn just dont try it! Price not to enthused about as i pay $27/mo on a unit WAY bigger somewhere else and this is one of there smallest units and we pay $42 (i think! I know its over $40) ?

Have always had good luck with Jeff and his staff! Always courteous and friendly! Rented storage shed from them back in 2005 then again in 2016 and still have storage through them! Couldnt imagine renting from anyone else! All their storage sheds are always kept clean and nice and not bad pricing!! Great security too!!

Recently I rented a U-hual truck from this location. My reservation included a 20' truck, furniture dolly, and 3 dozen furniture pads. When I arrived for the pick up, the location had NO furniture pads. When I told the woman at the counter she said "you can reserve anything you want, that doesn't mean we have it." Her tone was so callous that I was just beside myself. When I asked why no one had called or emailed she just shrugged her shoulders. Luckily, I was able to drive to another location to get furniture pads, but that was another hour out of my already busy day. Very frustrating experience. I will never rent from this location as the employees just don't care.

A struggle mom. Never again!! They have lack of communication support!! They didn't reached me via email, mail, or even bother calling me!! They sold all of my stuff I have been their good customer for ten long years never missed a payment until I lost my card I had to call to get a new card and few months later they put my unit to Storage Auction wow how cruel!! So sad!! All of my children photos are all gone my childhood life are all gone. My sensitive documents i can't even imagine people out there whoever has my photos etc are probably dump in the garbage. Unbelievable I'm so sick to my stomach!!! I feel my life is now UNSAFE and my children information are out there with some strangers. Never trust storage unit ever again! You have ZERO respect for your customer I mean ten f*cking years I have been your good customer just one small mistake because of my card changed you know better to contact me first!!!
