“My car didn't start on a Friday morning and everything indicated the battery was dead. Called Hoffman who would send a tow truck. They tested my battery which appeared to be the problem. The other problem was the kind of battery, which seemed not to be any kind of average battery. They called around until they found one and had it installed in less than 1/2 hour. Their labor charges were much less than I expected them to be. The biggest expense was the battery itself, which they had to purchase from a local auto parts store. Thanks to them I wasn't going to be without transportation for an entire weekend or longer.”

“Great place with knowledgeable people working here fixed my car after taking it to 4 other shops. Only reason for 4 stars is because they did not tell me if I used my debit card there is a 3 % fee and I got charged a extra 30$. When I asked them about it they said i could have paid cash which I would have if I knew the fee existed .”
