  I love my membership with the AF chain. My home gym is the St. Clair branch. I look forward to everyday here. It's well managed and owned by the nicest people. It's my home away from home. I recommend becoming a member!

  Great place, better people. Edwin (owner) is a huge encouragement every time I come in. I highly recommend the group workouts and even talking to Edwin about 1 on 1 training.
