I needed to find a particular antenna adapter to connect my portable XM to my car roof antenna and they went out of their way to help on a low dollar sale. I doubt I could have found what I needed without their help...thank you.

Mine was not a good experience. I selected them to supply a replacement base for my SiriusXM Onyx radio. From the start the cradle did not hold the radio in a fashion that eliminated a background buzz, even with their adapter in place. I called about this and got little satisfaction. Now the input jack produces a very loud buzz. I have tried another connector to no avail. When I called I was informed that I was basically out of luck. So either I got a bad unit or maybe all of their items are low quality. I will never know as I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a remote for my Delphi XM radio and it arrived at my home in three days using ground shipping. The site was user friendly and the product I ordered worked just as advertised unlike a similar product I had ordered from a different company.

Satellite radio pieces and parts. This is a great little online dealer of anything related to satellite radio gear. Radios, accessories and even clothing if you are totally obsessed with either XM or Sirius, they seemingly have it all. Decent prices and super fast shipping- plus you can buy directly through them or other outlets online such as Amazon. Merchandise arrives as advertised and actually works- unlike some other places I've tried! Approved by me.
