I lost a diamond from a ring and needed it sized as well. After 2 jewelers told me that it couldn’t be sized down I took it into Walters and he was able to size it down and replace my diamond. My ring looks beautiful. The lady working the counter was extremely friendly. I felt welcomed when I came in. My ring was repaired and sized down within the timeframe they gave me. I would recommend Walters to anyone needing repairs or sizing. And they have a great selection of lovely jewels if you are in the market.

I needed my engagement ring resized, I made a phone call and was told I could bring it in right away for it to be looked at! Was welcomed by every staff member upon arrival, and had the ring fitted to what I wanted and was comfortable with. It was done the next afternoon, and priced very well! I cannot recommend Walters Jewelry enough, I will be back!

I got a ring resized by them about 10 years ago, and the ring was still kind of loose, but I decided to just wear it anyways since fingers naturally swell and shrink depending on temperature. All the years later, I decided to get it sized down further so it was more comfortable. They were able to give me a discounted rate on my resize since I had already paid for a resize once before. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I like to go to them for little things like watch batteries too.

11/10 recommend for all your jewelry needs. Chris helped me find the perfect engagement ring. They were very respectful and accommodating of my budget. I was treated as a friend and not as someone to make a quick Buck off of. They had a very large selection and helped me find the ring perfect for me. I will be a repeat customer to add to my fiancés ring and to get my wedding band as well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Walters. They have been nothing short of amazing in designing my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I wanted a very delicate band on my engagement ring which turned out to be problematic in bending. Free of charge they worked with us to make my ring strong and perfect. I am excited to use Walters for all of my future needs.

The staff was extremely rude, there was a woman behind the front counter that would not help me or answer any of my questions this was a regrettable experience. I heard so many great things about this place so I was excited to go but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would expect a business in St. Charles County to be more professional. Disappointed.

All I can say is wow! I’ve brought in a ton of jewelry that needed custom work and repairs and they did such an amazing job on this. A lot of the pieces I had were very sentimental and I was really cautious in bringing them in somewhere and I am so happy this is where I went. I am so pleased, they are so creative and take their time doing beautiful work. They also help me with ideas on what to do with some of my stones and everything turned out so amazing.
