I felt truly discriminated against while visiting this Walgreens. The pharmacist staff were rude to me and did not properly address me but addressed other races.. The Walgreens said my medication was ready but when i got there the medicine was a “partial ready” and “may even be on back order.”The pharmacist was so rude that I asked her name and she said “I don’t have to tell you that” . I asked for the store manager and all of the pharmacist said in unison: he is not here. Please believe the other reviews as well, the pharmacy team lacks customer service and are unprofessional and lack people skills. I will be reporting this incident to corporate and to review the cameras of how the pharmacist was so condescending and blatantly disrespectful.

My wife and I recently spent over 15 minutes at the drive up window. Not waiting in line, but at the window itself. The physicians assistant tried to run 2 drugs through insurance AFTER we told him our insurance didn’t cover those drugs. He then disappeared for over 5 minutes. He then tried to use our Good RX coupon n file, but he could not figure out how to apply it. He disappeared for another 7 minutes. Then he came back and tried to apply the Good RX again. He then walked away again. When he finally came back we told him we would just pay. It cost us an extra $50 because he could not figure out how to apply the coupon. Meanwhile we could just feel everyone behind us in line fuming at the delay. The PAs are different every time you come. Their turnover must be massive. And now they no longer fill prescriptions there - they are filled elsewhere and shipped in. I have opted to get my prescriptions by mail order now.

Waited in drive through to pick up prescription sent in my Dr. Told me it was going to take three hours to mix amoxicillin for my one year old with pneumonia. Went to a different location that filled it immediately.

Absolutely do not go here for your pharmacy needs. I requested to have a rescue inhaler filled yesterday and when I called at 9am today I was told it would be ready by noon. I show up at 5pm and it’s still not ready and I’m asked to wait 10/15 minutes, for an inhaler??? It’s a box you stick a prescription label on. Come on people, do better.

Was out of my medications for a little less than a week, the app says they are running late. When I finally call they tell me I can come in an hour and it will be ready. Completely unacceptable.

I went to this store about 9:35 pm on October 14,2023 and there was two women up at the cash registers went I came in by front doors and as I walked by I said Hello and they looked at me and said nothing back so I looked at them and theñ the older lady with short hair wearing glasses finally greeted me and the young girl with her hair up in ponytail said nothing and when I got up to the register they were gone and and elderly lady was up there then....this place needs to work on customer service...I m. use to most Walgreens greeted you as you come in, not at this one thou.....poor customer service!!? so sad because they were standing there talking to each other doing nothing but couldn't talk when I said hello....people get it together and you in the wrong field if you do not walk to greet your customers!???

The pharmacy is horrible. I have been standing here for 15 minutes and they haven’t even acknowledged me. There are 3 employees. They are sifting through medicine bottles on the floor. Absolutely unacceptable. Unorganized. Get some management.

The pharmacy tells you on their app that your prescription is ready, but when you go to pick it up, they do not have it! This has happened to me and others on many occasions. The pharmacy is short in staff and sometimes even have their drive through window closed, making an impossibility for handicapped people to pick up their prescription. They have claimed to have been short staffed for so very long that I don't believe it and think it has to do with making more profit. I greatly preferred CVS, but it is no longer a "preferred" pharmacy on my insurance plan. They recently told me my Ozempic was ready and when I went two days later to pick it up, they said they won't have any until the end of the month.

This location has gotten impossible to get a prescription. Simple refills are never ready even if you wait a day or more later than time they promised. And you wait in line 30 minutes to find this out. We are done and switching to CVS

I went to use some of my register rewards I had a couple tried to use them in multiple transactions turned around to get more stuff and heard the cashier telling her coworkers that I have fake register rewards and that I’m stealing and just talking smack when I was a couple feet away and I can hear her I’ve never been disrespectful to any of these employees

This pharmacy has went down hill fast. The pharmacist is unbelievable rude. If he's that rude to customers, then I have to imagine that is why they are short staff also. It can take days to get a new script filled and they almost always have to backorder.

I’ve never in my life thought a pharmacy can be worse than a local county health office. It took 3 hours to have someone pass me a swab through a drive thru for me to do my covid test. I drove by the pharmacy 5 times and they clearly forgot about it. The “rapid” test results i needed for travel were never ready.UPDATE: Its been a week and they haven't bothered to send an email with the covid test results or even call. . . Imagine if it was one of them needing to get something urgent from that Walgreens.

We’ve been using this pharmacy for 18 years, but I am finally done. It has progressively gotten worse over the last few years. They have constant staffing issues, and the pharmacist is horribly rude to everyone. Seriously, F that guy.We’ve tried to be patient, cutting them some slack since Covid, but it’s been long enough. Every visit is worse than the last. 24+ hours for basic scripts to be filled and 30+ minutes to pick them up is unacceptable. The drive-thru line is always 5 cars deep and inside is no better.There are often hand-written notes taped to the drive-thru window with some random excuse of why they closed early or why they are slow. We dread every time we have to get a prescription filled for our family.There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area. All of them have to be better than this place.

After 10 years still don’t have phone # or record of any vaccinations. I have never been there when I didn’t have to come back. Do not honor specials and sales advertised. They are one mile away and I’m moving to a different company 8 miles away because they are much faster and cheaper. Should not be allowed to dispense drugs. Always a wait even if you are the only customer. App is completely worthless as it does not reflect any correct info if any info at all. Run don’t walk to anywhere else.
