The customer service never improves! I only come because it's so close to my home. I picked up an order today not correct, no receipt, and the female lied to my husband stating she put the receipt in the bag. Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag.I had to drive back up to get the receipt and since they already closed out, they had to return it and have me repurchase everything.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in St Charles. You always have to call them 2 or 3 times to get something completed. Terrible customer service.

I've lived in the area for 3 years and I visit consistently enough to say that the negative comments are not entirely about the store unless it just got that much better over time. It's clean and stocked and the people do their best. It's also the only place that sells my dark chocolate by Lindt.

Thanks for filling my azalastine 1.5% nasal spray when West Clay Walgreens pharmacy said they couldn't. At least you're still in St. Charles for me to pick it up.

Instant store coupon did not go through. I was surprised that the manager was unapologetic about it even after it took her 10 minutes to get to the cashier.Is it really that hard to say "sorry about that"?

I recently switched all of my husbands medications to Walgreens because I thought it would be more convenient. The pharmacy staff has been rude and arrogant .We had an increase on an already prescribed medication. The staff didn t brother to tell me there was an issue,so when I reached out to pick up his pain patches they where not filled.I was told that it was the doctors job not theirs to contact the insurance company. I was purchasing cigarettes and liquor a my husband was with me but she asked both of us for our ID and we asked for a manager. she walked up with an unprofessional attitude and walked away before we were finished speaking with her. in the end, my smart watch said 1:30 and Walgreens register said 1:32. Guess who didn't get their alcohol purchase. I would be happier without the unnecessary "rules" and nonchalance attitudes. CVS will get all of my business from today on!!!!
