I bought a Verlo mattress four months ago. I have had the best sleep ever the last four months. There have been a total of four nights I have not slept well and that is because I was out of town in a hotel. The Verlo mattress is amazing.

Love them. Got mattress and box spring 5 years ago and decided we were at a point in life we wanted a little more softness so got a mattress topper and love it. Won't shop anywhere else .

We were shopping for a new mattress. I'd hear of Verlo from TV ads. Blake showed us the different types, no high pressure. I liked how they made them on-site and could adjust your mattress to your specifications. Prices were equal to or better than one of their competitors. I would highly recommend!

This mattress store will NOT disappoint! They listen to what you say, they lead to u to a perfect mattress. I’ve told everyone I know about the comfort and craftmanship in these mattresses. They stand behind their work and if you need an adjustment to tweek it, the do it. Don’t waste money anywhere else. Friendly and courteous.

I would definitely recommend Verlo for your next mattress. This is our 2nd purchase from them and they consistently provide great customer service and really listen to their customers in helping with what type of mattress we needed. They even can make one side firm and the other
medium or soft. They will even adjust the level of firmness if you need it adjusted. We looked at other stores and were not given any of these options. We will continue to buy our mattresses from this great local, small family owned company.

I believe a 3.5 star if possible would probably be more fitting. The mattress value would be five stars but the value considering the price would be two stars. For the last four years, nearly every business that sells a product or service has been taking advantage of the poor economy. The current regime in power tells us that inflation is down and the economy is great. Well that only works for the people who won't think on their own. We all know it isn't great. The small amount of our cost of living increases for this year don't usually cover the increased cost of groceries in a month, much less anything else. But the worst thing is corporations now have the freedom to use the economy as an excuse to raise prices to exorbitant levels. The only choice we have is to take it or leave it. Well we've been purchasing from Verlo since the 1990s and we have a queen setup that will be due to be replaced. But I'm thinking we will put that off. There is no way to check the honesty of the constant price increases. For the first two years we heard the excuses of the virus, supply chain problems, labor problems, transportation problems, "global" nonsense issues and all other excuses that could be applied. Now, they don't even bother with excuses. They just up the prices at will. McDonalds CEO recently admitted that their prices were creeping up while nobody complained. Well now their customers are complaining and they claim they will do something about it. And I believe this tactic is commonplace now. The retailer/seller has free rein and they know it. My wife stopped on her way home from work to order a twin mattress. I asked her when she got home because we bought the exact same mattress in October of last year. The cost now is 23.8% higher than the purchase five months ago. I called Verlo to inquire but the call was answered at their other location. I explained my concern and he stated that some mattresses "had a small increase". I kept it polite as even when angry I don't believe losing one's temper proves a point. But I do not appreciate the fact that he thought I was stupid enough to think that nearly 24% is a small increase. Every step along the way of a product or service will be profitable for the supplier until the consumer purchases it. And they most likely will be ripped off with the inflated price. I know writing this won't change the ways of retailers who are only making the economy worse and taking advantage of their customers, but it certainly doesn't hurt to let them know that we are on to their underhanded and greedy ways. Thanks Verlo!

Our experence was excellent. Our sale's person explained all of the different beds to us and was excellent. The delivery was also excellent. The only thing I might add is I received no paperwork on the warrenty. Our V7 mattress is suppose to have a 12 year warrenty but I never received anything on the paperwork.

So about a year ago we had Verlo make our custom 9ft wide by 6.5ft bed. Its unbelievably comfortable! It has held up and really changed our lives. The support of this bed has really helped with hip issues. We had the Hybrid made for us. It's actually not as difficult to find sheets for! Thank you Verlo!!!! Sorry the review took a year! But that bed is still like the day we got it!
