“This shop did not disappoint. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, a 2017 300C. I’ll be honest, seeing some of the reviews about racial profiling really set me off at first. I’m a brown man from Hawaii, and my girlfriend is Mexican, so we notice that kind of thing. But from the moment we arrived, the people here, including the owner himself, were amazing. Disregard those reviews.
They treated us with total respect and transparency. We even sat in the office with them while finance talked to the banks, and I never once felt disrespected or taken advantage of. I got to test drive the car by myself, no employee hovering over my shoulder, which really showed the level of trust they have.
After buying the car, I mentioned a small crack in the windshield. They didn’t hesitate, they called their guys, and someone came out to my workplace (today) and replaced it. That kind of service is rare.
Buying a car here was quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. Being able to sit in on the finance process while they worked to get me the best deal was a huge selling point.
Please disregard the bad reviews, these people are professional, honest, and treat you like family. If you want to get shafted, go somewhere else. If you want to do business with good people who actually care, this is the place.

“I purchased my 2001 CLK320 Cabriolet from Michael Thomas Motors in November, 2020. Saint Charles was a four hour drive from my home; when I arrived, the dealership had the red Mercedes detailed - it was pristine. The owner had also recently received a CLK430 Cabriolet that he parked next to the CLK320 I was considering. Both cars were the same price - they just wanted me to have something to consider with a V8 and AMG wheel package. Everything that was represented to me about my CLK320 was accurate. The CLK320 was priced below market; I paid the full price requested by Michael Thomas Moore and have no regrets. This is a no-pressure dealership; they're honest, professional and amiable. Michael Thomas Motors only charged me $15.00 for paperwork - nothing more, nothing less.
THE BEST NEWS?
In five years, I have had to change the oil, brake fluid, tires, and general maintenance items necessary for using my car. I have driven my Mercedes Benz 11,000 miles (2nd car) and have had no repair work done. My CLK320 is truly fantastic; I owe it all to this dealership.”

He has nice vehicles on the lot , but if u are looking for something he doesn't currently have in his stock he has access to really anything u may want and can get vehicles through his network of other dealers across the country and can get vehicles not currently in his stock , these are just three just to show the quality.
