I'm a utility locator, there to mark a fiber line that feeds their bank that is in conflict with contruction right next door. I was parked at the far end of their parking lot for roughly 15 minutes, was closing out the work on my end and about to leave before a woman, and a man, presumed to be employees came bolting across the parking lot as if they're were flying down Zumbehl rd. After which they drove at an excessive rate of speed around the building, and the woman then parked in front of me. Told me I couldn't park here, informed her I was about to leave after I was closing out the 811 dig request, and then said doesn't matter I can't be here due to bank policy. While I understand this, I was only onsite essentially on my customer's behalf, through 811, to protect their facility that feeds UMB bank, a customer.Going forward UMB can hire a private utility locator to mark the fiber lines that feed their facility that doesn't include within the property lines. Best of luck, I'd advise checking the banks cameras around 8:45am, I also have dash cam footage and audio recording of the reckless driving as well via my companies vehicle.

75 minutes for 2 cashiers checks. Courtesy of the BM who would rather do busy work instead of helping a customer and the PB who didn’t know how to do the transaction.
