I called inquiring about a trailer hitch. The young lady was clueless to what I was talking about. After I ended the call, I accidentally called the same U-Haul again, and the same young lady answered the phone. She was rude, and she hung up on me.???

Got me back on the road quickly. Whenever I have had the need for U-Haul services, this was where I went. They have a large inventory of trucks and trailers, so chances are, they will have whatever you need.

Terrible service! Made the trip up to this location two days in a row for propane and wasn't able to purchase any either day. First attempt, the lady told me there wasn't anyone available that could fill my tank and the second attempt, the lady told to go to another location because they were "out of propane." I guess getting propane from them after 6 pm is like trying to order a shake from a fast food restaurant at night and the ice cream machine mysteriously doesn't work.

Don't bother making an appointment! I had one for 1pm, was told it would take 1.5 hours for hitch install, was going to have to wait for it (NO waiting area), & then was told they couldn't get to it for another hour. Go elsewhere!
