He, through experience and research found that Ford had a recall on the shift cable. Called Ford dealership and they repaired car on-site at no charge. Bruce is knowledgeable but more important, he is honest.”

Spend couple of thousand dollars with Roadside assistance and Love’s shops and still couldn’t figure out the problem until I got to Vanguard of St. Charles. Spoke to Robert, he was really friendly. Took me in, diagnosed my problem. Was in and out in less then an hour with 99$ bill. Great knowledgeable team with experience and professionalism. “I'm SO happy I went with complete auto body. Obviously needing to go to a body shop isn't fun for anyone, but complete auto body was awesome. I had gotten estimates from a few places and no other body shop treated me the way this one did. The customer service was phenomenal, professional, and prompt which I really appreciated because a lot of the time these types of places are very intimidating for someone who's young and doesn't know a lot about cars. My car looks flawless and I loved how they were able to get me in quickly and complete the job quickly while maintaining extremely high quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend complete auto body and will be coming back here if I ever have the need to!”

Ray came out and gathered the components of the driveshaft and transmission off the interstate. Towed my truck and my trailer hitch to the transmission shop and took us to enterprise to get me and my 3 passengers a means of transportation . Definitely would use again”
