This is my 2nd interaction with TH Computers and it was all good. My gaming pc was having odd overheat issues. After a lot of testing by them we decided to re-platform to a larger HAF case for cooling purposes. They also tuned the heat settings since my AMD Ryzen was/is the problem. The new case and internals look nice and clean and no overheat issues since. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely repeat when I need something done.

These people are awesome. Although they couldn’t help me with my problem, they identified what could be done and pointed us in the right direction. They didn’t even charge me for their time in looking at my issue. I will and have saved their number, and will return for any computer issues I have in the future. Jerry and his apprentice showed fantastic costumer service to us today. That is something a lot of places are lacking right now. Thanks fellas

Exceptional customer service! They diagnosed my computer's issue quickly and informed me of everything they encountered in the process. They were able to do so within a day of me dropping the computer off. I will continue to take my computer related needs to this business.

My macbook laptop had an issue with it and Jeremy was super quick to fix it! he put malware on it to protect it in the future and also cleaned out/repaired my charging port which i didn’t even know had an issue! He called after i had picked it up to double check that the issue i was having was resolved. 10/10 recommend. they were great!

My computer wouldn’t turn on and Tower House figured out what was wrong with it within the same day! Absolutely the best service I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend this place if anyone is experiencing computer problems.

Edit: No, this isn't a fake review. The accusation, denial, as well as the attempted act of revenge is more evidence of your character.You claim that you do extra without asking and charge for it. So, then it becomes an argument that most people would rather avoid.I think you're slimy. When given the opportunity. You take advantage of people. That's what happened. It's not illegal. Maybe you would've refunded the costs. Maybe you still would refund the costs. But that's what you did.Now, you're claiming that I'm fake, based on zero evidence. Hmmm, that kind of sounds like being a know-it-all and condescending, doesn't it?Then, you seek revenge with the "reported to google" comment. That kind of sounds like "blowing up" doesn't it? And no mask around the elderly with big earrings? That sounds like what the owner of this place does, doesn't it?So, yes. You charged an elderly woman nearly $200 for "running tests" without asking. That's the kind of shop you're running.

This company was awesome! They listened to my problem, quoted me an estimate range for the cost, accessed my computer remotely, fixed the problem quickly, then charged within the range of the quote. That is GOOD business! Highly recommend Tower House Computers! Thank you Jeremy so much!

I had a quick problem, nothing big, but they walked me thru it on the phone. didn't pressure me to sign up for "A PLAN", of which i dont do. These guys are straight up, and i will use them for my next bigger issue bc i feel i can trust them. Doug

I am not very tech savvy, and when my all-in-one Dell computer's hard drive suddenly acted up, a work colleague suggested, in fact she raved about the folks at Tower House Computers for her past computer repairs and servicing. So I tentatively took my unit into THC and they diagnosed it for free (bad hard drive) and then with my approval they ordered up a new solid state hard drive, they cloned my damaged content from my bad old-school hard drive and installed it all back onto my repaired and now faster Dell all-in-one. I was nervous as hell, but now I'm so grateful for the recommendation (Thanks Janet!!!) and I'm delighted with the repair and service that THC gave me. They revived and improved my favorite computer from what I thought might be junk! I am now a happy customer of theirs and pleased to share my experience with others in need! Bill B.
