Went in today to get help for a storage.Melissa helped me she was very nice ? . showed me some units to see which one would fit my stuff . Even made my daughter happy with some snacks ? very pleased with everything thank you for your help Melissa ?.

I have truly loved being a customer at this particular location. Melissa is amazing over the past couple of years. I had to put my father stuff in storage after him passing, it has been one of the worst experience I have ever encountered luckily, we had the pleasure of meeting, Melissa, She was beyond accommodating when it came to assisting us in our time of need I would definitely recommend this location to store your items. The units are clean. The customer service is phenomenal. Thank you, Melissa for everything that you do. You are such an asset. To your team.

The site manager, Melissa is super easy to work with. She asks all the right questions when figuring out the size of the unit needed as well as if one needs a climate-controlled unit or not. She also made sure that the access code created worked before I independently used it. Loved the option of using their moving truck & other moving supplies at a 25% discount within 2 weeks of moving. This business is also the closest to my apartment complex on Hemsath, so quite convenient.

Just got a spot to store excess stuff and the process was easy & very helpful. they show and confirm the unit you are renting. bonus I was able to use their truck to facilitate the move!
