This is absolutely my favorite supply house. The manager Mary could not be more pleasant to work with. I email in my order and when it comes in they email me and it is just so easy. Loyal to these kind ladies for sure!

I'm so glad to live near this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They've happily honored my warranties or made exchanges when I've had trouble with my hot tools. If they are out of something, I am always asked if I'd like them to place an order and call me when its available. I truly appreciate their customer service!
