Been a member for over 10 years at least vacuums barely work pot holes when u pull out of car wash that never dries your vehicle ohh and today couldn't get a car wash because they didn't have running water but I'm still paying for this shitty service country car wash here I come

I bought a monthly subscription and every time I come here the vacuums either don't work or the suction is so bad that I can't vacuum. Also, the car wash always leaves spots and I have to spend 5-10 minutes cleaning my car afterwards. There is al ways overflowing trash cans...all this while the attendant sits there in his phone...

I chose the basic wash because I didn’t need anything major. There is no soap during the wash process. I drive around thinking it’s a mistake. The guy tells me there is no soap in the basic wash. It’s just a rinse. It doesn’t say “no soap” anywhere. Pretty frustrating. Not sure who would go through a car wash and intentionally choose a wash that doesn’t come with soap.

I wish there was a way I could rate this place with a half eaten bake potato 12 dollars for a simply car wash and all of their vacuums are broken.Yeah I’ll never come back here

Beware the monthly membership- I canceled my membership and realized 3 months later that they were still charging my card. Management was nearly impossible to get in touch with to get a refund, and I ultimately had to go through a charge dispute process with my bank to recover the unauthorized charges.

The lady working today Saturday June 15 about 9:15 am was so helpful! It was our first time. Plus a big truck helping guide us into the wash. Plus smiling! Thank you!
