Terry is as crooxked as they come dont shop here. Over priced and always has front door locked even when he is supposedly open. Guess he has to hide his illegal ventures in the back room

I am a retired P.O. & had 2 older C.B.'s tuned up & peaked plus bought a new a car antenna. Radios work great and this store helped me tune my car antenna properly. No problems , Now i will check on a Police scanner for both mobile & home for St.Charles area and Lincoln county area. Just would like to listen around my area & where I used to work. This shop is close to me so I can stop buy any time. DicK S.

bought cb from here and 3 days later it malfunctioned. called guy about fixing it and he told me he couldn't do it because he had too much work, was a year out, so waited a year later. called the guy again today and still says he doesn't have time to repair radio. strongly do NOT recommend.

A lot of people switching to GMR and I don't get it. CB has and still is free and works fine. They just don't know how to build and tune it right. This shop will set you straight. No issues. There's. A reason all the trucker go there.

Brought my cb in there to get some work done because it hadn’t been working right, turns out it wasn’t really worth fixing and he gave me a great deal on a very good cb, will be returning!

I sent them a cb to be fixed November of 21 was told it\nwould take 2 months to be fixed called them in January 22 was told it\nwas being worked on called them back in February 22 was told the same\nthing called them back in May was told the same thing told them to just\nsend it back to me called them again in June and they said they had not\nsent it back yet it has been a month wouldn't do business with this\ncompany

You’re limited in places you can buy CB radios, so I went here to get one before a road trip towing a race car to northern Nevada.All went well until the second day.It would not power up.Fuses checked and power confirmed from the outlet.I bought another CB at a truck stop and continued on my merry way.I took the original back and was told ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Had I known that I would have bought it elsewhere. No big deal. He plugged it in and it worked. I said thanks and went home.The no power situation is intermittent and actually did it again on the way home. .Considering the return policy, if you need a CB, just use Amazon, like I will IF I ever need a CB radio.

I was needing a CB radio at the last minute and found this store. I purchased a CB radio, antennae and upgraded microphone. About 4 hours into my trip it quit working, as in it would not power on. I checked the fuse and tried different power sources, no joy. I bought one at a truck stop and continued on my journey. When I got back, I returned to the store and asked for a refund. That is when I was told all sales were final. He plugged the radio in and it worked for the 30 seconds he had it powered up. On the way home, I plugged it in and it again failed after about an hour. I'm out a couple of hundred bucks, which is not a tragedy but am a little annoyed that the"All Sales are Final" policy is not prominently displayed in the store. This is an example of Amazon being superior to local brick and mortar. I went to this establishment because I actually try to support them. Lesson Learned. Mr Bezos will be getting more money from me. If you go there, you will probably get what you need. Just be aware of the return policy. Anyone in the market for a CB that works sometimes?
