Erik is a stud. TCCM nighmare on an 07 Avalanche. Replaced encoder motor/dash switch/4x4 acuator all no help. Then replaced the TCCM module. Still nothing. Turned to flashing the TCCM module. Called around our local shops here in CO, they were 'too busy' to talk to me, let alone flash the module. Frustrated, I googled mail-away TCCM flashing. Called Spartan and left message. Erik called right back and after a part # check, quickly told me I was sold the wrong TCCM (even though ebay said it was correct). He immedialy e-mailed me the right part list and even looked up local junk yards that had it. Further, he recommended a scanner to do the job 100%, but said I won't even need a reflash!?! My cofindence was low after all the failures on this issue but, finally, someone was right. Drove a couple hours, bought the correct TCCM, plugged it in and everything worked without a flash! Amazing. 4 weeks of hell. Nothing ever goes my way like this. Typically I am pushed off the phone. I am glad I called and spoke with Erik. Wish I could shake his hand.

I was having trouble with my BCM in a 2004 GMC 2500. I ordered a rebuilt BCM and than realized it need to be programed. Spartan Autoworx came to my rescue. I sent both BCM for them to transfer data onto my rebuilt unit. It was great I was able to just plug the unit in and my truck is running fantastic. Thank you Spartan Autoworx!Van

In today’s world so much is geared to the dollar. Well, I was having fuel control module problems and went to a GM service center and they charged a lot for nothing. In other words still had the problem. Called many other places for help same results. Then I gave Eric at Spartan Autoworx a call. He took the time and coupled with his skill and knowledge, plus and exchange of screen shots from my HP tuner solved the problem. Thanks again, Eric ☺

Needed a fuel system control module for my GMC Sierra. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, these guys had it programmed, packaged and with a shipping label before 6om that night! Received my unit Wednesday morning in a well packaged box, plugged it in a BAM, back In business. This was the best experience I've had with an online purchase for a custom part. Strongly support this business, two thumbs up!

Needed to replace or repair my suspension module for my 2007 Yukon Denali. Replacement of the module also requires that you also need it programmed for your specific vehicle. I found that Spartan Autoworx programs modules so I emailed them and got a immediate response. I was advised by them that purchasing the module myself would save me the most money and sending it in to them for programming would be the most cost effective. I followed their suggestion and save a great deal of money. Spartan is very responsive issues from the module to the mailing back and forth of it. Very fast and efficient service. I tracked my package to them and they shipped it out the same day they received it! Looking forward to doing future business with them as the need arises. Highly recommended!
