My experience at Sparks was outstanding. I needed a repair and the manager Greg walked me through their process and was transparent each step of the way. The tech who worked on my car was on point the whole time and gave Greg updates and they were very fair on the price of the repair. I got their name through a word of mouth recommendation and now I’d recommend these guys to anyone. It’s who I’ll use next time I’m in need of a repair. Great work guys !!

My son's car needed repair. Thought it was brakes and rotors. Turned out he needed a new wheel bearing. They were able to accommodate getting the repair done the same day. However, they broke his ABS sensor. They admitted it was their error and would fix it and did so at no extra cost the very next morning. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because no one is perfect. I believe they provided the service they said they would in the timeframe it was needed. Was the situation of having to take it back frustrating and inconvenient? Yes, it was. The important thing for me was they were upfront about their mistake and made it right.

I took my car to Sparks for the first time this week and they did a thorough job of checking out my issue, explaining the necessary remedies and making the repairs quickly. Thanks to my neighbors for recommending Sparks. I will go back in the future when my car needs service!
