I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. “We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”
“Just left your store, I needed an email printed out and a wonderful girl I believe her name was Jayla. It was so refreshing to run into an employee that was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, I am a senior citizen and not computer savvy, she was so patient and helpful and I hope this girl gets all of the recognition she truly deserves. “It was great to be able to pick up my package shipped via DHL at the office in Hazelwood near St. louis Mills. Given a delivery date from the company I’d ordered from, I knew I would be out of town and scheduled a later delivery date through DHL. I was surprised to receive a text letting me know my package was in town and being held in Hazelwood…I went there and it was a simple, fast and pleasant process to get it!”

No line when I arrived. Friendly staff who communicated clearly. Grateful for my helper who quickly listened to, then acted on my concerns. Professional, effective, respectful and personal too! She tracked down the package and brought it to me before it got out on the truck for delivery today. Now I have my long anticipated package!! Thank you!”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

“G this is the worst post office I my area I’m about to share multiple experiences postmaster general needs to do something about this one get some new staff and a new postmaster in there. There staff absolutely hate their lives! Went in today 2/3/2024 tried to send certified mail to get a receipt with no postage necessary and federal law retaining to no postage on my letter envelope. Lady didn’t even look at it put the label over and tries to charge me which is a felony according to the law. Another incident I was in there mailing some stuff and I decided to take a picture of my envelope and the public lounge and one of the ladies who hate her life said I couldn’t film or take pictures inside public areas so I proceeded to film according to my first amendment They proceeded to call the police on me for the police to completely ignore me to go in and educate the postmaster of the posted rules on the wall! you guys are meant to uphold the constitution as an officer and a servant of we the people I only put five stars so my post actually gets seen because there’s so many bad reviews at this location! And absolutely please do not go to this office for your passport they’re way better places That know how to handle special American passports A.k.a. American non citizen US National passports they have no clue on the constitution and And how to actually run this post office!”
