Would give zero stars if possible!Called and initially asked if they worked on Mercedes, the guy ask me what kind and I said c300 and he then asked me if that was a truck which completely shocking. So I asked him if he was sure and he they worked on them and he got an attitude and told me he didn’t think it would work out. If you don’t know what your doing no need to lie and definitely no reason to get an attitude because you have to do your job which includes taking phone calls

I am truly grateful to the amazing guys that work at this establishment.I came into town from the east coast on business. The first night in St. Louis, the check engine light on my truck came on. After checking gauges and some online research, it was time to find a shop. My time in town was limited to just over a week, but I needed my truck to be able to drive the 15 hour journey back home.After contacting eight dealership service departments, it was clear that no one could look at the truck any sooner than three weeks. So the search for an auto shop that could work on diesel trucks began.My fourth phone call gave me hope. Kevin, with Roy's Garage, was friendly, informative, and gave me hope. I was able to bring my truck in two days later to get a diagnostic test conducted. William did the test, explained what he was seeing, and told me Kevin would take that information, do some research, and call me.The next day, Kevin called with the information. They would be able to get the parts and fix the truck. He was upfront about what his work load was like, not sure if he could start working on it the following week, but allowed me to drop the truck off Monday (one week since arriving in town and check engine light issue).Later that Monday, Kevin called. He was able to get my truck in the shop and start the work. He came across another issue, which I was aware of and offered to take care of it while he had the truck.Throughout the process, I was kept informed of what was being done and the cost prior to everything being done. The work was complete by the next afternoon!Needless to say, Roy's Garage and the guys that work there are lifesavers! If you're looking for quality work, Roy's Garage is the place. This is a no nonsense, no frills, get the job done right, business.
