Took my son's car to Riverside Auto Service to have a engine installed and when I tell you they are professional, and fair with pricing and advice. Tony and Ms. Cathy were great along with the rest of the staff but I dealt with the two of them most. Tony even referred us to someone that would do some of the work cheaper than them which I thought was amazing. Riverside treats their clients like family and I love that and would definitely refer them and use them again for car repairs in the future.

Tony and his crew replaced a transmission on my ford fusion brought my car back to life my car is running just fine and Cassie provided good customer service every time I called I will be back for a check up thank you again Tony

This auto repair shop is amazing! They can replace a engine for half of what all the other shops I called on. I called at least 12. I had no Ideal their prices were still low.

Tony, Cassie, & the whole crew at Riverside are amazing to work with time & time again. They’re easily the most honest, welcoming, & straightforward group I’ve come across in the last decade living in St. Charles. I’ve never left having anything but a positive experience. I called to make an appointment for my cars brakes. They asked for my info to call back with a quote. It has been 3 days and I haven't heard back from them. Thanks for the help. Your response is lazy, could have called later, you had my info. No excuse.

Riverside is my new auto service go-to. Tony is fantastic. He is honest and goes above and beyond. They were able to quickly get me in for a headlight replacement and while my car was there they noticed my battery was bad. He had it replaced for a reasonable price and saved me from being stranded with a dead battery. I definitely recommend Riverside.
