Payments are way too high for such older model cars. Free oil changes is nice but their insurance policy guidelines are ridiculous.

They are rude and disrespectful and they like to scam you of your money i highly recommend not going there they need the BBB called on them cause they are a scam they don’t help anyone out besides taking there money from them would rather go to a actual car dealer and when you return there vehicle they try to file claims on your insurance so there a scam they just want money and they won’t help fix the stuff like they said the warranty covered they are absolutely no help they just ruin your income and there outrages in price

Normally I really like this company but today it gets 1 star for their lack of human decency. We have been customers for a while and always make our payments and are always friendly and professional with everyone. We needed to be able to put an interlock system on the car that we are paying off to keep to finally get a matter resolved that took place over a decade ago. They said absolutely not because it messes with the gps- which is frustrating bc they have all of ours and our family’s info- but fine. We get it. But since they won’t allow it like a normal dealership we at the very least need a letter just simply stating to the judge that it is not permissible. Would take 2 seconds and is just basically a print out of their policy. But no, they can’t do that. Why can they not print a document stating their policy? Didn’t say- just seemed annoyed that I asked. So while normally, yes, this place is good- I’m suddenly very disillusioned with them. It is disappointing especially after I’ve been recommending them to people mostly based on their customer service.
I also just got off the phone with them trying to pay my car payment just to be told by a very rude woman that I have unpaid parking tickets to reimburse them for. When I said I was unaware of them because they were never on my car she laughed in a rude way and implied that I was irresponsible or an idiot for not knowing about them. I’m not sure what happened with their employees since we went in there last but my opinion of them has taken a huge nosedive in the last 24 hours.

For me it's not worth it, 2010 Saturn truck 275.00 biweekly, then they cut off the car on the 6th day.

I love this place made everything easy and they are always friendly and ready help you and when you call you always get great service I now own my vehicle and couldn't be happier that I did this I'm actually looking to purchase another vehicle with them!

I love that there is no credit check & the company structure; aside from the 100 payments. The car I got is worth about $10K but I will have paid >$25K if I keep it that long. Unless the costs eaten by the warranty, service, and taxes they cover total near that (interest considered); I may only lease it a year. It could’ve been cleaned up too. It came like someone was daily driving it & wasn’t the most tidy person. I had to replace the 2 back tires a few weeks in & im not happy about that; or the check emissions warning light. I made the 1/2 hr drive just for them to say my appt wasn’t in the system & ask me to come back. Then 2 days later I was told 3 hrs but had to wait 6 hrs & waisted my entire off day; lingering around St. Charles, so I wouldn’t have to drive back out. Then they said, come back again to get it put on. I’m flabbergasted & still haven’t done it. Too much gas. Too much hassle.

Erica was amazing! I enjoyed working with her to find a car that matched my criteria! She was very patient with my process, explained all the perks and pros about Rent to Own and her customer service skills were off the charts! She was honest, knowledgeable, and sweet! I appreciate her for doing her job and making me feel like getting a car that fits my needs was a priority! 10/10!!

Need to be report to BBB call had vehicle id number for insurance. We get there it's been sold, wanted us to pay more of a down payment on a vehicle we did not want. I would advise not to go there at all

Erica is everything!! I simply called her explained my situation and she worked with my craziness to get me in something quick and reliable. If you are in a bind this is a great way to go. Erica specifically though is so nice to work with, not pushy at all, and extremely understanding. She’s the most humble car salesman I have ever dealt with. Absolutely recommend her to ANYONE! I liked the finance lady too she understood I was in a hurry but still did her job thoroughly and professionally while taking no offense of my need to get out of there quickly. I am a mom of four so this place saved me after someone totaled my car ?I needed something last minute so I sincerely appreciate y’all! Also titling and registration , oil changes upTo certain mileage and basic issues dealing with transmission and engine are included. So they will not put you in something that breaks down the next week.
