I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their practices seem questionable, starting with a bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise against using their services, especially if you need a diesel fuel pump replacement under warranty. According to the service advisor, Ford charged Pundman back for a $13,000 repair during an audit, and they assured me this situation would not occur again. Consider yourself warned.

We wanted to buy a new Bronco. During our first visit to just see what was on their lot, Darnell approached my wife and greeted her very professionally and just seemed nice. Fast forward 6 weeks we finally got back to purchase our vehicle and asked for him. Darnell made this absolutely the most enjoyable car buying experience we’ve ever had! He listened to us and got us the deal we wanted. Additionally, everyone we worked with was concerned about our comfort and ensured we were taken care of. Jake the finance guy was very personable and no pressure at all to buy stuff. He found great financing. We highly recommend Pundman Ford because of the entire staff and vehicle selection. Buying a car here is easy but if it ever has an issue forget about any service. It takes 2 months to get an appointment then good luck after dropping it off if they actually fix what you ask.

Pundmann Ford was outstanding in my Mustang purchase. Originally went up there to test drive the 2024 Mustang GT and ended up getting my dream car a 2020 Mustang GT with all the options and more. Really appreciate my salesman Ethan for finding the car and bringing me back in. Purchase process was very smooth and the team went above and beyond before and after the purchase. Next time we are in the market I will be contacting Ethan again.
