Wouldn’t even give it one star if i could… worst service ever. That’s unfortunate, because the service at the dealership down the road is absolutely fantastic. I was told on Monday June 3rd that it would be a 2 1/2-3 hour wait for an oil change. Then was told if i came back the next day June 4th at 6:45 am they would get me in quickly. That was a lie my husband was back up there with a good handful of people in front of him. Called up there and the person i spoke to said “ya we won’t be doing that anymore I’ll have a talk with the office. “ went in later today to be told 3-4 hours AT LEAST that was at 8am.. horrible customer service by all…

Outstanding service! I needed an oil change while visiting and they quickly took care of the change.And...they gave my vehicle the once-over and didn't give me a list of 'you need to fix this or your car will die' list of repairs.

My negative feedback is ONLY for Quick Lane - I had a great experience at Pundmann’s service center when they fixed the issues that Quick Lane caused. I initially went in to Quick Lane to try to fix a burning oil smell in the passenger area. I was informed that there was a broken valve gasket that would need to be fixed. I was also informed that it had been broken for some time. I am curious why it was not found when the car had its oil changed in January. Regardless, I paid over $500 only to get home and find that the technician did not appropriately attach the u see carriage tray. The next day I returned to have this rectified and after waiting an hour was told that a part needed to properly attach the tray was unavailable, but that the tray was temporarily attached and I would need to return when the parts came in to have the issue properly fixed. I let the gentleman know that I would not be returning to Quick Lane, as it is inconvenient and I had already wasted significant time waiting on them. I got home to find that the tray was not temporarily attached and that the car was leaking oil. I called back to find out that they had pulled the tray aside and were waiting for the parts (despite wing told it was temporarily attached). I arranged for the tray to be picked up. In the interim, the car continued to leak oil and when I popped the hood, I found the engine to be covered in oil. I called multiple Ford service centers only to be told that they recommended that I return to Pundmann as they would have to charge for any diagnostic work. I went to Pundmann’s service center at the dealer who properly identified and fixed the issue. Additionally they took the appropriate action to road test the vehicle and ensure that the leak and odor were fully resolved. I would like to thank Justin McDermott at Pundmann’s service center for his excellent customer service and communication. On the other hand, I am disappointed in the poor communication from Nancy at Quick Lane. I will NOT return to Quick Lane and have advised my mother in law to seek service elsewhere as well. Thanks to Justin’s excellent service I would return to Pundmann’s service center for future work.

My husband, and some of our family, has taken our vehicles to Pundmann for years. The customer service has always lacked, but we continued to go there because of the speediness of service UNTIL recently. My husband's truck broke down on the way to work and he had to have it towed there. They called the wrong phone number on the day he dropped it off even though we gave them the correct number. Because THEY called the wrong number, they did not touch his truck for THREE WEEKS! We called daily to check on it, they said they would call back and never did. When we finally got the truck back, there were additional issues that he did not have prior to them fixing it. Now we have it at another shop fixing it correctly! Needless to say, we will NEVER take our vehicles there again!

My car has been here for 2 months now(still there) they tell me “oh we’ll look at it this day” or “that day” with never a call back. Some of the employees when I call freak out acting like they didn’t even know my car has been there. Also when buying cars from them they didn’t take my seriously till I threw the cash in their face. They then proceeded to show me a car with bullet holes in it.
