I didn’t leave very happy after this last time. You guys are right by my house, I stop by every single day, and one of your employees told me they were “going through a store closure” and couldn’t take me for 8-10 mins, I completely understood and went to wait in my car. Not 2 minutes later two cares pull up and both of them leave with things in their bags so I was confused. I went in to get my stuff and I don’t know if he couldn’t hear me but I waited in line for 2 more mins, didn’t get greeted kindly at all and wasn’t able to put my rewards number in as I was to anxious to ask at that point. I rarely have complaints with you guys but genuinely rubbed me the wrong way.

What’s up with almost every Mobil on the Run I go to, that none of the pumps have receipt tap, no fluid to clean your windows or the thing is so tore up that you can’t even clean your window?!??

Just left On The Run Car Wash, and unfortunately, it left me quite disappointed. The automated system claimed to be drying my car, but instead, it sprinkled water all over, leaving unsightly spots once I left. This unexpected outcome left my car looking far from clean and spotless as I had hoped. I hope they can address this issue to provide a better car wash experience in the future.

I visit this store pretty much every morning on the way to work. Their hot food is good. They used to have great Country Ham Biscuits, but they did not sell to well in this area... The Sausage Biscuits now are very good and they keep them Hot and Fresh. The store as with their restroom facilities are very well maintained. The Staff is friendly and easy to work with.

The problem I have with this place is the car wash. The “Best Wash” is supposed to include an undercarriage wash and it never functions properly. Half the time it turns on, then stops before you’ve driven 1/3 of the way over it, the rest of the time it just doesn’t work at all. I’m pretty sure they also recently raised their prices $2 per wash, which is a ridiculous price increase for a car wash that doesn’t function as it should. I just waited 45 minutes in line to get my truck washed, only for it to malfunction.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was surprised to find staff and customers not wearing masks while ringing up food, in the middle of a highly contagious pandemic. There is maybe a 3×4 piece of plexiglass separating customers from employees. Staff explained company policy says it's optional. I just wish it was posted or advertised on the entrance to give someone who wears a mask or is immunocompromised or has exposure to immunoimpromised can make an informed decision. I just know in the future not to go inside if I must stop to get gas. The free tire air is always appreciated and the bathrooms were usually clean, though it's been a while since I visited the restroom. Again, staff is helpful, but I and science disagree with their mask policy.
