Tonight i visited this location as i have done for over 9 years where an entire new crew was working. I was checked out by a night one employee that was struggling to process my 2 sodas, 2 packs of cigarettes, and 10$ of gas.
The new employee paged for assistance. The employee who came to assist was likely the rudest employee I have ever met working this location. She stated that the transaction would have to be done separately and they could not void it. I stated i wanted to pay for everything together and she stated "Well we can't do that so what do you want to do? "
I repeated that there was no reason i shouldn't be able to pay for everything at once, and she rolled her eyes and went to the other check out and opened it for other customers. I asked the new employee what this staff members name was and she stated she didn't know as it was her first night and the rude employee loudly stated "Its none of his business" to a lobby full of customers.
The rude employee was 200-250 pounds and had numerous facial piercings in her nose and mouth. I asked her roughly 5 different times for her name, and another male employee was going to give me her name until she directed him to "not say anything".
I have never been treated so rudely by employees at this location and it's obviously starting to slide beyond repair. I will be reporting this to MotoMarts corporate side. I am making it my personal mission to ensure that no one is ever treated this way again at our local MotoMart. Random rude employee, know it's my mission to make sure you are handled appropriately. It wasn't my business, it was yours, but now I'm making it mine!
For now looks like it's time to take my business to a gas station that can process a full transaction. And maybe if I'm lucky, one where employees are forced to wear a name tag.

It's a gas station so I guess it was ok. Bathroom was disgusting, -1 star. Took another star off because the pump printer didn't work and had to go inside for a receipt.

During a trip to this place I had a reusable bag in my jacket pocket because I didn't feel like carrying it, so it stuck out because it didn't fully fit in the pocket. After I gathered the things I wanted and set them down on one of the shelves I continued to browse their items. As I was looking around an older woman working the register approached me and asked me to empty the pocket carrying the bag. While i was irritated I obliged just to get it over with. I then brought what I wanted to the register to check out, where I then mentioned the accusation she made at me to another employee. Essentially she said that they were both watching me and saw the things in my hands disappear and that they "were just doing what they had to do". I think it's worth mentioning that I wasn't acting suspicious or anything other than what the employees claimed. I was just going about my business and not bothering anyone. This is only my second time here but I don't think I'll be returning.

Had to go in and spend some cash for the simple fact that they have truck parking!!! They have a urinal and toilet in men's room. Lots to choose from in store. Warmer with dogs and tornadoes. Lots and lots of pluses.

This place is terrible! People are rude they NEVER have tape in the printers at the pump and when you come in to ask for a receipt they look at you like your inconveniencing them and will tell you there is tape at the pumps! Not to mention EVERY time I go in there in the morning there is a line from one end of the store to the other. the ONLY reason I go here is convivence to work. But it would be worth the extra 5 min to go down the road! STAY AWAY

This review involves 2 locations at once. At N 94 the car wash is set behind the building, but the wash is broken yet no indication when you pay for it at the pump. When asking about the cone in the way the worker tells you it is broken, but the code is good for 30 days or the code works at the New Town location.I immediately drove to the New Town location and the code did not work. The worker there put in another code. The wash dried very soapy water onto my car, so no rinse. When I showed the guy who put in the code he said he saw the blurred windshield, soap on the roof, and soap dripping on the ground and said that's the way it is! No empathy or offer to get another or money back (because I guess it would do this again since that is the way it works.) The car is still somewhat dirty, too. I'm usually the kind of person to say nothing but not go back. I said I'm not going back. It isn't the worker's fault.Get them fixed, or don't offer to charge people for a wash and put a sign on the pumps or reprogram them not to ask for paying for a wash.

Everything is dirty. The coffee is never fresh. There will always a line 10 people long, 3 employees in the store, and only one actually working. Go somewhere else.
