This place has great customer service the employees are always down to earth. The first person some people see are the gas station workers so that makes a impact on some people's life when they are just giving it that extra laid back attitude. These my kind of people Thanks .

If indifference were an art form, this gas station would be the Louvre. Three out of four self-serve car wash bays are not just inoperable but in such a state of neglect and disrepair that they will likely never be operable again. Yet, no indication to the customer that they are useless; no traffic cone, no sign, no nothing. If you enjoy a good shell game or are a fan of Whack-A-Mole, then you will get a kick out of the guessing game but otherwise you’ll want to avoid this place. Also, I want my quarters back.

So I have been living here for 3 months and for the first time I went to this gas station a couple of days ago and I was so impressed with how nice the service was from the cashiers and how clean the store was that I will continue to use this as my permanent gas station now.

This is a customer service job. If you are not good at customer service, then get a different job. If 6am clock in's are not for you, get a different job.

They have a coin operated self serve car wash with 3 bays consistently broken down..Two change machines that NEVER work. The staff inside Motomart are absolutely of no help. All they say is ill bring it up to my manager. Yet nothing ever changes. Why have a carvwash if you cant use it?

Everytime I walk-in to this place(Sunday afternoon/evening shift) , a tall guy with blonde goat beard… there. He is so slow… it takes him more than a minute to figure out the amount of charge need to give back to customer.Process improvement, go back to 6th grade math class and learn change.Keep the barcode scanner steady and move the product to get it scan faster.

Convenient gas and friendly people.My husband left his credit card at the pump. Someone turned it in, and the cashier held it for him.

Every time I get a car wash the printer fails I got to go inside. Then I pull up and your car wash is not working!. I have a whole stack of car wash codes I can't use! Fix your equipment!

I love their car wash and they take the upside app. I drive 10m out of my way to use this station as they have the lowest prices around.

This location has the car wash set behind the building, but the wash is broken yet no indication when you pay at the pump. When addressing this the worker tells you the code is good for 30 days or the code works at the New Town location, but broken.I drove miles to the New Town location and the code did not work. The worker there put in another code. The wash dried very soapy water onto my car's roof, windshield, and back end. Soap was dripping in my space when I drove over to the building. When I showed the guy who put in the code he said he saw the blurred windshield and soap dripping on the ground and said that's the way it is! No empathy or offer to get another (because I guess it would do this again since that is the way it works.) Boo. No offer for refund. Not going to Moto again.
