Let me say I am not a shopper at all! I went to a neighboring boutique and was only greeted with a hello, no help at all. Walked into MOD and was instantly greeted by the sweetest young lady Alex, she was so caring, helpful and figured my style out in no time at all. Head to toe she hooked me up! Alex, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You went above and beyond and because of you I will be back!

My experience at this store was so amazing! Usually I don’t feel the need to write reviews but this place and the service was impeccable. I came in looking for an outfit for an interview and was pleasantly surprised with what came out of it. I was greeted by a girl named Shawna I believe, and was asked if I needed help with anything. I told her what I was there for and she helped me pick out the cutest outfit. Overall great store, great workers, great service. I definitely recommend going here.

Omg the service Victoria gave me to help with last minute birthday gift late at night was phenomenal! Plus I got a birthday discount! I left wanting more. Cute spring outfits. Definitely trendy spot. I really wanna come back for a gold chain neckless. Prices very but I got a discount so my word don't count. For a pair of sunglasses and earrings I spent like 36$.

I would give ten stars if I could. Alex and Darian are amazing, going more than the extra mile to help their customers and make them feel comfortable. I didn’t shop in store for years before coming in here one day and it was such a good decision. The selection is super cute, options for almost any style, and really reasonably priced. They helped me completely rebuild my in-office work wardrobe after it’d been decimated by Covid WFH. I love everything I’ve picked up here and everything I’ve picked up has made it into my regular rotation. It’s been such a great experience every time I’ve visited that it’s now a part of my Monday routine! I truly just enjoy coming in, seeing Alex and Darian, and picking up a little something for myself.

The gals here are the sweetest and so helpful! The clothes and accessories are ALL cute with a variety of sizes, colors and styles that are current and trending but also practical and timeless.

I want to share my experience with Mod on trend in saint charles, I love the staff specially Mrs Mackenzie she really takes care of me and my crazy and sometime excentric fashion style ! I purchase so much there , she goes the extra mile if I’m Working and I want to pick up antip or something she always tries something to help me , she waits for me no matter if is near to closed the store hours ! She make sure I get whT i need and most important , honest with how my vlothes suit me , always she tries that I feel Pretty and special, I love her attitude and calmness, her Great customer service , for me she sales not only clothes but an experience !! Stopped into the store for the first time a few months ago and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and not pushy but very helpful. I’ve bought a few pieces already and can’t wait to be back for more!

Went to shop for a necklace and a top for Valentine’s Day the other day, was NOT greeted with a smile whatsoever and also felt really pressured to buy things I wasn’t interested in - clearly just to make a sales quota. I was completely embarrassed. I don’t remember the workers name but I think it was the manager (she had red hair) she made me feel the most unwelcome I have ever felt in that store. The other girl, had long dark hair, was clearly new. Neither one of them smiled at me even once or even asked if I wanted a fitting room. I miss the old staff. Seriously.

Tried to return a $60 top and they refuse to do cash back. Even on a non sale item with nothing wrong with it other than not fitting and with a receipt. They should make that clear when you make your purchase. Ridiculous.

This store has the cutest items!!! If you ate looking for an unique gift for someone special this is the place to go! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they carried plus sizes. I saw tons of shorts and adorable jeans I would have lived to buy but they didn't have my size. :(

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a cute sweater, size L on black Friday (30% discount) for my 80yo mother. (she's hip like that) Original price: $48.99, was higher than I'd typically pay, but it was for my mama. Sweater was HUGE, submitted a return on 11/30 to get a size M. Apparently, I need to call to tell them I wanted an exchange vs. a store credit, even though I wrote this in my return comments. When I called, they were unable to accommodate my request as the top was now out of stock. I asked for a 30% discount and free shipping on another item - DECLINED. I asked for free shipping - DECLINED Sweater that originally cost me $34.29 ended up costing me $63.39. (8.40 - to return, 14.70 lost discount, 6.00 new shipping of equivalent sweater.) THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I had such a great experience here!! the girls were super helpful and even picked out outfits for me!! i hate shopping and trying on clothes but the ladies made it enjoyable. definitely will go back! not to mention the clothes are super cute!!
