Scott was super helpful and low pressure. Took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how inane. Fast responses when I called with additional questions. After I purchased vehicle, as is, there was a small sensor issue and Scott was willingly to work with me to find an equitable solution. Highly recommend and will definitely go back when it is time to upgrade the c5.

I worked with Scott who was tremendously knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He was extremely responsive to questions, pictures, documentation requests etc. and even offered to split shipping cost when a quote came back a bit high. Couldn't recommend him or MTM enough. Tremendous experience and a high quality, no nonsense dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing a car through Michael Thomas Motor Company. Called on Sunday about a vehicle and got a call back early Monday. After getting a PPI done Tuesday, which Scott handled the scheduling of, we settled on a fair price to both of us and he began the paper work. Since I'm not in MO, I thought it might take some time to complete the sale, but Scott made sure I had all the necessary documents and we managed to close the deal 2 days later. On top of that, he was super excellent in helping with shipping, holding the car a few extra days and coordinating with the trucking group for pick up. Could not have been more pleased with the transaction and would recommend MTM to anybody
